I love my new surface laptop. I previously had a surface tablet (pro 7) and I was happy with that as well. This laptop is compact, light but sturdy. Someone mentioned to me an issue with the battery getting hot but no such issue for me!

I bought a MacBook Air and didn't like the changeover from windows. What I did like about it was the size, weight and portability of it. This is the best substitute with larger Ram and Storage. I am an old boomer and not very tech savvy. Max, at Best Buy, was extremely patient and clear describing the positives and negatives of each option. I am very happy with this purchase. I love it.

I had my last surface laptop for 12 years so I knew I wanted to get another when it was time to replace it. My new one was easy to set up. It’s a great quality product and perfect size for travel as well as everyday use.
