The touchscreen is sharp and responsive, and the overall build feels premium and solid. Performance is smooth for all my daily tasks — browsing, streaming, and multitasking — and the battery easily lasts through a full day. I also appreciate how easy it is to use right out of the box.     I bought a MacBook Air and didn't like the changeover from windows. What I did like about it was the size, weight and portability of it. This is the best substitute with larger Ram and Storage. I am an old boomer and not very tech savvy. Max, at Best Buy, was extremely patient and clear describing the positives and negatives of each option. I am very happy with this purchase. I love it.

    I had my last surface laptop for 12 years so I knew I wanted to get another when it was time to replace it. My new one was easy to set up. It’s a great quality product and perfect size for travel as well as everyday use.
