It has been a great computer so far with little to no compatabitiy issues and/or easy to find downloads/patches for any compatibility issues. It has has the best battery life of any laptop I’ve ever used, yet I can’t fully give this laptop 5 stars because I was led to believe it could function reasonably well as a gaming laptop. This couldn’t be further from the truth, for a majority of a my steam games fail to load and/or are corrupted/unplayable. This issue even reaches into the Microsoft store with some games like Minecraft failing to ever load.

So far so good, everything working well. Powers on and runs.

We bought this for my daughter, who has been using it for work and also to watch videos and movies. She loves it! It’s fast, doesn’t glitch, and the display is clear.

Fast. Clear screen. Light weight laptop. Love multiple screen options.

enjoy my new computer. It has many features that I'm learning to use. I was used to Publisher to put out a church newsletter and now I have to figure out how to do that as easily using these programs. It is a much lighter laptop.

Pretty decent for college students. I was going to got the new windows Chromebook and had to take it back because it wasn't compatible with Snapdragon.

Very pleased with Microsoft products. This is our third surface purchase. The original surface book from 12 years ago is still running like a champ. I found myself in need of a personal PC and could not be happier with my surface laptop.

It works well and does everything I need it to do and more.

Love it! Lots of bells and AI whistles! Considering, my last laptop was 8 years old and windows 10, the computer is much faster and easier to adapt to using. It also has windows 11 so getting use to all the new looks and access points for the system software. This is being used for work school and research. So being out though a lot of different purposes.

This has been a wonderful addition to my home and work. Easy to set up on my own. No concerns about scratching the screen. Very responsive touch screen. When there was an update download issue, with a little bit of reading finding and using the restoration functionality worked wonderfully.

Great laptop, super upgrade from my older surface pro.

My daughter loves it! So far no issues to report. Nice for casual gamers.

Such a beautiful laptop. The black color is amazingly good-looking. The keyboard feels great. The only downside is Discord tend to be laggy and I'm not sure how to fix that.

Was worried when I went from a 17" laptop to a 15" but this is a great size and very happy with the purchase!
