I purchase my laptop and tablet through their third party service. The seller had to send me a replacement as the first item had some defects. He spent time explaining the options to my wife so she could pick out the correct computer. We went back to purchase a monitor and had the same enjoyable experience.

Support is a joke, its imposible to get help. Dont waste your money.
