Starts up very fast, zero problems so far with compatability. Trackpad is awesome, touchscreen is awesome. Overall very solid product!

The new Surface Laptop with Copilot+ is seriously impressive. Super sleek design, super fast performance, and the AI features actually help speed things up — like organizing files or drafting emails. The screen looks amazing, and the battery lasts all day.

This laptop was gotten just of recent. It has good speed and a feel of a lengthy lifespan.

Windows is finally closing the gap between performance and battery life compared to M series devices. The performance to quality of the Surface laptop is second to none. The brightness is great, the laptop is smooth and snappy. I get over 10 hours of battery life easy. 15" is the way to go with the bigger screen and better processor.

It does what I need it to do, but the touchpad for the mouse is a joke. It came set to needing just about an hammer to select text. And it’s still not at the sensitivity of my surface pro 2, which I preferred. Otherwise I’ve been having good luck.

Went to Best Buy to look for a laptop for my grandson, was helped by a young gentleman that was extremely informative and helpful. Purchased the laptop without a hitch, and my grandson absolutely loves it!

Fantastic laptop for what I use it for. Not quite the same as my other surface laptop so look closely when you buy it. Does not convert to a tablet.

Love the surface laptop! Only thing I don't like is it does not work with a stylus like my old surface pro did......not that big of deal, but doesn't make much sense. Other than that, I love the rest of it!

A little bit heavier than my last one. I wish they had more ports so we didn't have to purchase a docking station
