Compared to my previous 16GB model, this version opens websites, YouTube, and multiple browsers much faster and more smoothly. I have had my new Surface Pro for several weeks and found it to be an excellent performer. The OLED display is sharp, and the Snapdragon processor is very fast especially compared to my previous Surface Pro. My only disappointment is that I have several apps that won't install because of compatibility issues with the Snapdragon ARM processor. I have contacted a couple of the companies in that regard, and they informed me they are working with Microsoft to hopefully address these issues but no timeframe as of yet.

I upgraded from Microsoft Surface 7 16GB and 1TB to the Microsoft Surface 7 32GB and 1TB. The performance is quite noticeably improved with the 32GB. Opening Youtube, and other website pages is very fast, and much faster than the 16GB version. I was told that the performance wasn't going to be much different btw the two versions, but that advice was wrong. There is a major difference in performance. If you want the best, treat yourself to this laptop. You only live once, enjoy the best within your budget. This is an amazing product!

This is my 3rd Microsoft Surface Laptop and they are great. This one has an incredible battery life and better backlit keyboard. If you are an MS Outlook power user, you probably won't like the new Outlook but you can use the Classic outlook. Also, the MS pen doesn't really work with this screen.

Processor is fast, its a beautiful laptop. I can have multiple windows open without slowing down..

I like everything about Surface 7th edition, battery life, screen size, 1 TB storage size, speed, sound, facial recognition, processor, etc. But there are many other challenges too. Because this laptop has the latest Qualcomm snapdragon and ARM processor, it doesn't have many useful apps that I used to have with my Surface 3. I can't install the Adobe Master app package, citing an incompatible issue. I doubt I can install other virtual windows like Linux or iOS. It doesn't support the Pali Keyboard or Chakma Keyboard I used to have on my previous Surface laptop. I still like this laptop but I would've tried the AMD Ryzen AI 9 processor instead of Snapdragon, which will be more compatible with Windows software and applications. Adobe still doesn't have a compatible version, prompting me to think about whether to keep this laptop or wait for a new ARM compatible version of windows applications.

This Surface Laptop is the best laptop powered by Windows you can get today. Amazing build quality, awesome battery life, exceptional Performance on battery with no huge perfermance deficit compared to plugged in. My only wish if it has OLED screen options like Surface Pro 11.

I really like this laptop! This is my 3rd surface that I've had. I got the largest ram possible in this model because I do alot of photo editing and Lightroom runs very smooth on it. I will say when I first got it the mouse track pad had issues and I almost returned it but then I procrastinated and magically it started working properly. An associate at Best buy said this is a common issue with all surface pads that I probably just got lucky that it didn't happen to the others. I also really like the sleek matte black look its very minimalist while having the macbook air look. I also really like the copilot feature.

So far it's great! Fast, does everything I want and has few issues. Battery life is amazing, all day web surfing and 6-8 hours zoom/heavy use.

I'm a software engineer, so heavy usage profile with many scenarios that most won't run into. This is a fast, well-built machine that anyone would be perfectly happy with, outside of two cases. First, it's not a gaming machine. Second, for technical users note that this is an ARM processor architecture that is fairly new to the Windows world. This means that certain apps will not work well or at all. Two specific examples: I had an old, perfectly functional Canon printer/scanner that I can not longer use b/c the software is incompatible. Second, many libraries for use in the Python language aren't available. I can work around that by using WSL, but it's a bit of a pain,

The Microsoft Surface laptop is such an upgrade to the Surface Pro - I've had nothing but issues with the Surface Pro models that I've had. The Pro had battery swelling issues and screen problems that I don't anticipate having with this Laptop.

Absolutely love it! It’s sleek, the keypad feels really nice. The camera is great and it’s slim and not too heavy. The battery life is also great. I charge it maybe 1x a week with moderate use throughout the week for my part-time remote job.

The product is much faster than I imagined: It meets all my PC needs. Was looking for as PC upgrade and the Surface Laptop was a wonderful choice. Fast, sleek, with Windows 11 installed and Co-Pilot access it does it all! Had to wait as it was selling so fast there was no inventory but it was worth the wait,

The computer itself is fantastic but windows 11, is not. Half of the drivers for our business are not compatible with windows 11 and the Microsoft products are glitching with bugs.
