I am very pleased with this laptop. the price is 799 (on sale) and it's really good for having 8Gb RAM, core i5 microprocessor etc. up to now the battery life is awsome. I truly recommend this new MS surface pro laptop specifically for college and university students.

Overall just what I need for travel. A bit heavier than some of the lighter laptops though. Couldn't justify the extra $$ to get 256 GB, but 128GB has good value, and the there is bundle that includes the keyboard. While not easy to upgrade the 128GB to 256GB, good thing there is slot for SD card for extra storage. Great for on the go, good for moving around the house, doubles as a tablet as well.

I was looking for a fully functional laptop that was light enough to travel without being a burden. I'd been eyeing the Pro since they came to market. A package deal was offered at the right time, so I bit. Initially I was concerned about overheating. My first time using the Pro it got EXTREMELY hot while I was using it (plugged in). After researching, I saw suggestions that this was resolved by going through the Microsoft updates. Updates made -- problem gone! It would have been helpful to have this guidance when I made my purchase. I was a step from returning it. Overall, I LOVE my Pro's functionality. Easily moves from laptop to tablet. I can vnp into the office and work from anywhere. I haven't yet experienced to many glitches. Overall happy customer.

I've had this computer for a year and it has been excellent. Love how versatile it is. Great screen and image. Good sounding speakers. I love the Surface pen and taking notes for school, work, journal, etc. Amazing bang for the buck.

My daughter used this surface in high school. When it was time to purchase a computer for college there was no decision to make. The surface does it all! Buy a surface pen and math calculations are a breeze. Lightweight and easy to learn how to use.

I have been looking into this product for quite some time now and was debating if it was worth getting since I needed a new computer for college, I gave in and bought one recently and so far it has been great! Exceeded my expectations, and all the specs are good for what I need. The price for what you get is also a plus! The pro & it’s accessories definitely beat my previous toshiba laptop and my iPad Air 2, Im loving it so much that I plan on buying the pen and mouse soon too. For anyone that is a student, this is overall a great, versatile product.

Heavy for a feather, easily adaptable, great battery life, screen is sensitive, display is clear, software and downloads are very fast without problems and the whole package is extraordinary financially and is of great quality.

I got this on sale to use for school. I absolutely love using it. I wish the surface pen was still bundled, as it's a must with this device. Very quick device. Lots of features. Very fine work of engineering on the design. I love it

Been hearing rave reviews from friends and family who have surface pro's and i decided to check it out. Very quick and light, love the battery life. Great touch response, its so compact it is barley noticeable in my bag. Great product.

Was bought for myself from my husband so I could pay bills and do some online shopping. I love how fast it is and the ease of use. Can’t beat what you get for the price. Better than my Apple iPad.

I bought the Surface Pro because I wanted a mobile computer for my real estate work. So far, it's easy to use and the battery lasts quite a while. I have a Windows 10 laptop and the Surface is actually faster.

Crazy about my newest Surface Pro. It is awesome! I still have the original Surface Pro which still operates perfectly. The new one is bigger and lighter and does everything I could expect from Microsoft.

I bought this for my boyfriend for school & personal purposes it has been efficient, useful & it is truly a great product. It's easy to use and the compact size makes it easy to carry anywhere you choose.

This is very light and looks amazing. Super fast and works great. The only problem with this product is connectivity through cable. HDMI port is loose and doesn’t fit/hold properly.

I really love this thing. It is quite a powerful machine and the cool part is that you are getting the power of a notebook computer with the portability of a tablet... Definitely a winner!

I bought my son a Surface pro a few years ago for college and went back when my daughter was about to start and got her one as well. They are perfect computers. Lightweight and easy to use :)

Pretty good but wish the battery life was better. Also windows 10 takes up all your space due to updates so external storage is recommended. Great in terms of portability. It's alright- nothing special. Good bare minimum, compact device for students but could be better.

I just love my new surface! It is super fast and the screen is just perfect for what I do. It is light weight and the picture is just so crisp. I would recommend this surface to anyone!

Initially I wanted a pad, but having used this pc for schoolwork I am glad I spent the extra money on a full pc in a small size. It’s super fast and screen quality is great. Highly recommend the pen. Only drawback are the vents. It can get a little warm if working for long periods of time.

I really love the light weight and portability of the surface pro. The touch screen is very responsive and the packaged keyboard was a great value. Sometimes it seems the touchpad causes the insertion point to skip around but not sure yet if it is the keyboard or me. Overall very pleased
