I love how Awesome the computer is when using it. I hate how some companies don't still create 2 in 1 tablets with Windows.

Handles heavy MS Access database, Lightroom, and Photoshop just fine (and even simultaneously). Hardware quality is what you expect from the Surface now. Very solid. Only little beef is that I wish there was a USB C port. Surprised that there isn't. Even my Surface Go has USB C and will charge with pass through power USBC hubs, which seem to now be at eveyone's workstations. Aside from that. Can't find anything to complain about. Resolution, performance, and even keyboard are great.

I upgraded from the Surface Pro4 with similar specs so I knew what I was getting into. The Surface is great since it has all the essential components to run whatever programs that you need. I even play Call of Duty and NBA2K on it (of course with limited graphics), but as long as you turn down the details, then it runs smoothly. The battery does get hot and you need to keep it charging if you do decide to run heavy memory programs. Overall I use this 1.5lb computer to do everything.

I've had this computer for a few years now and don't regret it. It is light weight, durable and fast. Microsoft is also very helpful if you have any issues like I did with mine.

Easy to set up and works well. Only thig I would say is that I would like to have had a keyboard and a pen come with the cost of the Surface Pro. I did purchase the keyboard which works very well.

Got this as a new laptop/tablet for my sister! She's super into art and loves that it folds but also loves that it got the power of a real laptop too. We'll see how it holds up as she continues school and drawing!

I love using this laptop, I also bought the windows stylus (the white one is cheapest) to go with it and I use it all the time. I’m saving up for the case for the tablet part though. I also want to find a screen protector for it.
I know like 6+ people who have this laptop and love it.
I went from an ancient Sony vaio with Windows 7 straight to this one, and it was an adjustment. but it blew my mind I love using it. Just wish I’d gotten the laptop because the screen is bigger and I do a lot of not taking for school. I use the split screen for one half my online class resources and the other half for handwriting my notes in the OneNote app. So that’s why I’d want a bigger screen.
Also it only has one USB port :(
