Great for a side laptop and but I mostly use it as a tablet,you don’t really need the additional keyboard/mouse etc if u want to use it for mostly entertainment , live streaming and browsing sites. Not using it as my primary laptop, battery life needs improvement but no complains otherwise

I've been a surface user from the start and this model reenforces the fact that when it's time I'll be staying with them. This model is as close to a laptop as you can get in my opinion, the only thing separating them is this lacks a built in disc drive.

It did exactly what I needed. I needed a tablet that worked just like a computer with a USB port to download my sewing software. And it worked great. I don’t have the best of luck with computers so this did want I needed

SD access not very conviniun. If use the dock to have SD reader on hand then usbc display won't work Limit of USB C inuse to connect to portable display. Ms mouse not working for graphic sw, special the center button can not use to move around ofject

Very light, quick to boot but I suggest go to Windows 10 Pro. Windows Home version had problems. Overall I'm happy with my purchase. My Surface Pro 3 is still going strong.

Have a 17 inch computer but it is no easy to use while on the move. Even at home to lug around. With this computer, I can load up the same programs and work on the go. Purchased with lots of storage.

It is a great tablet, but at the price point it is being sold at it should be a great all in one computer. I returned this and all of the associated accessories for somewhere around $2200. I tried using it pretty regularly for almost 20 days when I had to be mobile for working on projects, and the screen is just too small to be useful for anything design related unless you are hooked up to an external monitor. I wish Microsoft would take a note from the all-in-one XPS computers Dell made in 2014 (my current machine, I've upgraded) because you have more screen and the mobility of being able to work from anywhere.

Computer was fine The keyboard that was set sent dud not match. However when I reported it to the store they credited the wring keyboard snd sent out the correct one

My husband needed to update his older surface because the battery would not hold a charge. So we got the latest. It's working out fine.

This product is the best. I love that you can use your face as a password. This is my second purchase of this laptop I bought this for a friend.

Purchased this to run Adobe photoshop while thus wouldn’t be my main unit I thought this would work while on the go. This unit was the I7 with 16 gig ram and this unit was terrible running this software. Not sure if it was because it was running windows 11 or it was the graphics card.
