Amazing tablet/laptop. I purchased the keyboard, as well but passed on the stylus. I am able to take in to meetings and also super lightweight with the keyboard to walk around with in a large enterprise environment. I work as a network engineer and also a real estate agent, and the surface has been super versatile. I have not had any issues or complaints, and glad I didn’t go with the iPad Pro.

great screen. color accuracy is way better than my pro 7. the higher refresh rate is an extra bonus. the battery life is also a big plus. i can be running clipstudio for 6+hours with brightness on max before i have to plug it in. struggles a bit with adobe premire. but thats adobe, everything struggles with premire. even premire.

I've had a couple of Surface Pro devices over the years. I appreciate that MS started allowing hard drive upgrades for the later models. So far the device has been responsive and has more than enough storage to get started. My personal and work apps have installed with no issues. I was even able to run a simple Steam game without the device overheating or draining the battery, something my Surface Pro 6 struggled with.

been debating between this and an ipad for college and i have zero regrets. I was afraid i would not have enough battery running full windows however i have enough battery to get me through a day. keyboard feels great and the pen is nice and secure.

Lightweight and very portable, great display and good battery life

Love it and hate it. Not quite a full computer because it's small and i'm a big guy. Not quite a tablet because it's not just a bunch of touchpad apps like an ipad. I typically use it for internet research while i'm on the couch, video/entertainment on a plane, and the occasional sketching for various projects/ideation efforts. The pen experience is fine but the remarkable 2 is better. I just wished the remarkable 2 fed into the office ecosystem so i could connect these two better. Overall i like the formfactor and capability. Much easier and faster for use than a labtop/desktop. More capable than a tablet/remarkable. Has it's place.

I'm very happy with the surface pro 9. I was a bit concerned about the battery life after reading some comments online but I have not run into any issues. I use it mostly for studying and note taking in medical school and the battery can usually last me all day with a few breaks in between. If you are considering this laptop for note taking, I absolutely recommend it.

Easy to setup. Great performance and easy to use tablet

I do love the portability of the surface pro; however, the keyboard not being wireless kind of puts a hitch into things. It always has to be connected via magnet, which makes it a bit difficult to use a cover with the pro itself. Great performance overall.

Love the Surface 9. This is a replacement for an older Surface 6 which was having memory issues. Fast, good screen. Must purchase keyboard separately which is a bummer. New keyboard had embedded slot for the pen to rest and charge…big improvement from the magnetic connection of the older versions. Setting up was a snap…log into your Microsoft account and it’s pretty much set up. Still blows me away how easy that is. One Drive helps!

I love it! I can do everything that can be done with a full desktop computer but this is completely portable. I highly recommend it.

Fast, sleek, smart My old Surface Pro was waning - this one is a great upgrade!

Bought it as a portable tool for work and school. A major upgrade compared to my previous HP laptops over the past years. Runs well and does what I need it to do. I recommend talking to a Best Buy Representative to figure out if it will fit your needs. I do not use it for gaming; however, from my understanding it will run games well.
