    I am 85 yrs old and works well and so far easy to use . Geek Squad helped me set it up, I needed to get a new computer because my old one was losing battery power

    It’s always so easy when I walk into Best Buy. I just tell the staff what I’m looking for, and they immediately help me find exactly what I need. The customer service team is always great! Thank you for having knowledgeable, friendly people available to assist in the store. If it weren’t for them, I might not feel confident buying electronics elsewhere.     My daughter loves this laptop!! Needed a note taking laptop for the start of high school. Detachable keyboard makes it a comfortable option for taking notes with her stylus. Sturdy magnetic connection for the keyboard and pen that automatically charges when attached!!

    The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of not having a wall charger included. I didn't have anything at home that I could use that would work. Other than that, I am very pleased with my tablet.

    Loved my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet with Windows 10 for eight years so decided to replace with Surface Pro Copilot + tablet with Windows 11 and loving new one too. Still getting used to Windows 11 but figuring it all out. Had the Geek Squad transfer all my data from old to new and glad they did and within days too so quick turnaround. Very happy with purchase.
