It is quick and has a long battery life. The downside is it uses arm x64 snapdragon processor which many programs don’t work on. It almost makes the laptop more like a very high end Chromebook because of this.

I have loved them all but do not like the way this one has the USB port moved to the left side. I can't use a Bluetooth mouse due to Bluetooth interference and I'm right-handed so need the USB port on the right to avoid the mouse cable and the power cable getting tangled up every time I set the Surface down and then come back and pick it up. Ideally there would be one USB port on each side for both left and right handed people.

So even though I was running MS Win 11 Pro on this device, I couldn't install on this PC. I spent two weeks trying to install until I stumbled on this fact while trying a workaround using docker. I am now trying to get this returned to best buy even though I am passed its return time, which must be only 2 weeks. Same on Best Buy for such a short return window and Microsoft for not warning people. I have I can return this and get a credit for my $500 MS Support charge.
