    I finally had to get rid of my previous HP laptop, too old, and was really slowing me down. This is fast, efficient. I think it will be a real workhorse. Also, good for personal use as well. It is light, has a nice brushed finish to it. So far, no complaints. I think I will have this a long time.

    after 3 weeks a problem developed where the computer is hung on startup waiting for the internet connection(s) to resolve - requires anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes before the computer is useable. Microsoft does not have a clue.

    This product was ordered to increase our current licenses from Windows XP to Windows 7. Product did what it was supposed to. Just disappointing of the capped number i could order at a time.

    It will slow your computer to a dead crawl, it'll do random installations without warning so save your work as much as possible because if you don't, you'll lose it. It sucks.
