Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the superb graphics and the overall quality of the console as significant strengths of the Xbox One 500GB Halo: The Master Chief Collection Bundle. Many also praise the bundle's price and ease of use. However, some customers express concerns regarding the limited storage space and find the user interface somewhat cumbersome. The relatively small memory capacity is another point of feedback from some users.

I must say after watching the E3 Xbox Keynote, I was hooked. I was on the fence for a long time on whether or not to upgrade from the 360 but when Microsoft announced backwards compatibility was coming to the Xbox One, I decided what the heck get it. The Xbox One is extremely quiet when running and easy to use. I am very impressed the quality of build and the graphics it produces when playing games. Great Job Microsoft! Looking forward to the fantastic lineup of games coming out this year!

Xbox One has now become my go-to system for entertainment. I've played several games (Halo: MCC, Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag, Forza Horizon 2), and they all look gorgeous and run smoothly. Streaming video content also works without a hitch, and the added multitasking functionality allows me to switch between that and gaming very easily. Overall, I've enjoyed the Xbox One very much and would recommend it to anyone who's considering buying a new console.

I hadn't had bought a gaming console since the original XBOX. Wow, have things changed! This is awesome, so much functionality, and the graphics are amazing, I can't say enough good things about this. The only thing I wish was that I had waited and got the new version with 1TB storage. The one I have only has the 500GB storage space. If you have the 500GB version, the Western Digital My Passport X 2TB external hard drive is an awesome upgrade.

The Xbox One is awesome. The graphics are superior, making the whole gaming experience a visual treat. It was very easy to set up. The hardest part was waiting for all the apps and games to download :). The new design is very sleek and fits in well with the whole entertainment area next to the T.V. The special Halo package was a great value as well. There appears to be a whole lot of happiness at the home front ;).

I have been thoroughly impressed with the Xbox one so far. I am not a halo fan but I bought this bundle because it was cost effective and I couldn't wait anymore. I haven't played the master chief collection much, but I would recommend it to friends that enjoy halo. Anyone else should buy a bundle with a game series they enjoy or with accessories/data storage. Xbox one has met all of my expectations

Amazing value for 350 bucks. 4 games, a controller, a headset, and a next gen?! Retail for those things separately (at the time of my purchase) was over 450. Plus, if you get a gold subscription at the same time, you get "games with gold" downloads every month! I had already owned 3 of the Halo games for the 360, but I sold them on eBay to buy a second controller for the XBox One.

bought the xbox one for my son. he loves it. graphics are so realistic. looking forward to Microsoft's release of an adapter that will allow some of the 360 games to be played on the One. Only complaint is the new games for the xbox one take up so much storage space. 500 GB isn't nearly enough storage for games. will have to purchase an external HD for future game purchases.

My son is 10 years old and saved up his birthday money to get this deal (with a little help from Dad of course). It was money well spent. It keeps my son occupied when mommy needs some rest. I also happened to purchase another controller, and it has now turned into a great opportunity for some father son bonding time. Absolutely a great buy and would absolutely recommend it.

It's new and arguable faster than the 360, however it's got problems, like getting into parties is not as easy as it was in the 360. All the issues I have should be fixed soon since xbox does a monthly update on the console. The only other problem I have with Xbox is they keep changing their deals everytime I buy 1. For example, last time I bought 1, they dropped the price a month later, this time a month after I boght this one, they added more stuff in the bundle for the same price. Overall, they are nice and getting better every month.

Yet again another excellent bundle. The MCC bundle includes all 4 halo games, so you won't find Halo Reach, Wars, or any other non numbered Halos here. This package brings a nostalgia to the old days. Every single game runs at 1080p 60FPS except for Halo 2 anniversary. Speaking of that, Halo 2 has been completely remastered. The visuals look like something coming out of a next gen console, instead of 10 year old hardware. Halo MCC has had a myriad of issues with multiplayer, but it's been much better now. I can get into matches more possibly, but it's still not perfect. But given the 45 campaign missions on all the 4 Halos, I would forgive it a little bit more. Halo 3 and 4 still look the same, but runs at 1080p 60FPS now. Halo 1 Combat Evolved Anniversary is also ported into this game from 3 years ago. Also there are some extras like the Halo Nightfall digital series and the Halo 5 Guardians Multiplayer Beta, which unfortunately already ended. All in all, I would definitely recommend this bundle. Getting 4 games for free on one collection is great. The Xbox One is a solid option for a next gen console. There are a load of games to choose from now and this is one of the better ones in my opinion. There is a lot to play here, and over 200+ hours of campaign mission alone will keep you busy.

I am far from an avid gamer, but having only used Wii and WiiU, the graphics on the Xbox One are something else. I love the mix of functionality - gaming, internet, streaming. I've probably only used about 30% of the whole thing, and my 7 year old already loves it. Only gripe is that the Home menu isn't very easy to navigate. I'm sure I will get used to it over time, but for starters, it's a bit confusing at times.

The xbox one bundle was a great choice for me, it included a game included, halo master chief collection. Awsome. Microsoft had a great deal, when i bought the bundle, i got an extra wireless control for FREE, i picked the especial edition midnight forces camo. Bought the game Destiny for its great reviews, story line and graphics.

This is a decent value bundle. But for the Halo fan, it's GREAT value. The Master Chief Collection offers all four major Halo games in one package, with multiplayer. It had a rough start upon release, with many bugs and matchmaking issues in multiplayer. These issues have been worked out since and MCC works much more smoothly now. The hardware is your usual Xbox One, nothing new there. The 500GB might prove small for some gamers, but there are 1TB bundles available now as well.

    Halo Edition X Box One

I love Halo as a game series, so when X Box One and Best Buy came up with a trade in discount towards the purchase of any X Box One game system, I knew my time was now. I traded in my PS3 towards the X Box One Halo Edition game system, and have been in love every since. I also bought a 2T memory expansion pack so that downloaded games wouldn't lag my new system. I'm thoroughly pleased with my X Box One and plan on getting the utmost enjoyment out of it. Setup out of the box was quick, easy, and painless. You can even set your color settings on your tv, through your X Box One to get the best possible picture performance out of your tv, which I think is a nice feature. The graphics are phenominal, and the sound is just as great, especially if you have a sound bar and wireless sub woofer. It does take a bit to download the Halo games, but after that it's pure enjoyment from then on out.

The Xbox One is an amazing system that is capable of so much more than its predecessor and will continue to impress. That said, there are issues with the product itself. For one, this xbox is supposed to have 500 GB available, since you are getting the Master Chief Collection, you already know that some of that memory will be gone soon. However, there are things that seemed like no-brainers that you have to add, which takes memory. Example? Okay, Blu-ray. One of the biggest things that sold me on the Xbox One was that it would finally have a blu-ray player, which I was ecstatic to hear. However, they did not tell you that it was not integrated in the system. Sure its free, but it costs memory. Media upload so that you can customize parts of your xbox with pictures is also such another missing piece. I am sure there is more that I just haven't found yet. Let me put it to you this way, between the handful of apps I have added and the three video games (Halo MCC, Warframe, and Destiny, which is NOT digital edition) I have, I have just over 254 GB of storage available. I only say this as warning. I would still get the Xbox One again, especially since I got it half off with Best Buy thanks to a great promotion at the time. If you have a 360, its time to take the next generation and play at peak. As I constantly play Destiny, the picture difference is immense.

I got this for my husband for Father's Day and I must say it was a great choivce at a great price. He wanted one ever since he heard it was coming out. The graphics r way better and the game itself is enhanced to provide a better gaming experience. If u haven't got one u need to get one and buy it at best buy.

This is a great gaming device. It is fast and it has plenty of games to play on it. I am not a fan of the interface as I feel Microsoft is simply pushing adds onto the main start up screen. I was also disappointed that you can only download one game/title at a time. Although I find these to be minor annoyances I would recommend this if you are interested in the Xbox exclusives or if your friends are playing on Xbox. Otherwise I would recommend a PS4.

As one of the millions of Xbox addicts, I can honestly say that you really can't beat the value of this bundle; Halo is one of the most impacting video game series ever, and the fact that it's been revamped (even slightly) for Xbox One is a real treat to long time fans of the series. Master Chief forever!

So I was skeptical of dropping $500 prior to the Xbox Ones release, but I finally came around when they gave me $75 trade in, and the bundle was around $350. And the news that it would be backwards compatible by the end of the year finally sealed the deal for me to buy one. It's a great console, I never realley picked one over the other (ps4 or Xbox) just because I grew up with both. Enjoying the Master Cheif Collection as we speak!

I'm in love with my new console. The only thing that sucks is that I got the 500 gb instead of the 1 TB but regardless I am in love with it. Everything is working the way it's supposed to. Interface took some getting used to and the controller is a bit large but overall it's a good console.
