Even at spring 2015, the xbox one had little going for it. 20ish games with only a couple worth actually playing. That's not including a few of the 360 titles "remastered" to One. But the device itself was cool and the trade in deals were hot. So I figured I'd make the jump. Right away the media portion of it came to life. There is a beta Plex app on the marketplace that worked well with my Plex media server. So that was cool, I grabbed a few games right away to keep my busy only for them to announce backwards comparability! Now we are talking! Since I got this, I've fell more and more in love with it! New windows 10 tricks? Sweet! Stream a video from my PC to the Xbox? Dope. I love it.

I bought the Xbox as part of a bundle and saved a lot of money doing it this way. It came with 2 games, a controller, docking station and controller skins. I have had no problems with it.

Phenomenal upgrade from the Xbox360. Love the Speed, Graphics and interface. Xbox live is without a doubt one of the best gaming social services there is and the Microsoft Exclusives like Halo and Titanfall are great. Only negative is definitely NO 4k gaming possibility with this console : (

especially when bought in the bundle. i must have saved over a hundred dollars. i got the system an extra controller and live for on year at much lower price than if bought on their own.

I wanted to buy an XBOX ONE console but could not have cared less that it came with the HALO Master Chief Collection. I looked for other bundles online and in stores (Best Buy and 3-4 others). None offered a bundle outside of HALO and the pending Forza package. When I made my purchase, I even asked the Best Buy staff if they knew of any other bundles to be released in the near future. Two associates consulted and determined that the current HALO and soon to be released Forza would be the only options going forward; thus, I purchased the HALO bundle. Two days later, the weekly Best Buy advertisement announced a Madden16 package!! It is so frustrating to now be forced to purchase the newest version of my favorite game (Madden16) and yet be stuck with a HALO collection that I could care less about. Thanks for nothing - er, um, your amazing product knowledge - Best Buy. All that said, I love my XBOX ONE!!! It is a 5-star product, but Best Buy's mis-information is at least a -1.

Excellent price and bundle. This bundle also came with an additional Xbox controller that was not offered by any other store. Competitive pricing, plus Best buy points cannot go wrong

With the news that Xbox One is going to support backward compatibility, we decided it was time to upgrade. It's easy enough to set up and link to your Xbox Live account, and the graphics are quite an upgrade. The new interface takes a bit of getting used to, but it's not too bad.

I got this today bundled with a Samsung 40 inch smart tv for 499.98 I couldn't pass it up. I originally pre ordered the Forza Xbox one but this deal was too good. Basically got the Xbox for 100 dollars. If you need a new tv this is a great deal. Admittedly I would rather have the Forza Xbox One just for looks but this is a steal at the price they have it this week. Xbox one itself is amazing. I preordered the PS4 destiny edition so I cannot compare it against PS4 yet but id say they are on par with each other.

If you like halo you might as well get this bundle as its the same price and you get all the great halo games. It's worked great since I bought it and has been lots of fun

The Master Chief bundle is pretty awesome. The 1TB console is really needed for any avid gamer as the 500GB just won't cut it with the amount of space that is taken up per game. The console itself is sleek, much more quite than the 360. The dashboard takes some getting used to but you'll pick up on it quick. The Master Chief Collection comes with all 4 main halo games and is set up great. All campaigns are easily accessible and multiplayer is sweet because you can jump in and out of different halo games or get into pit that jumps you around Halo 2,3,4 at random. If you are a Halo fan, this is for you!

This all in one media center is easy to use. Great graphics, video streaming apps for all forms of entertainment, movies, TV shows, etc. Excellent unit for the price.

I purchased the Xbox One to play with friends, since most of my friends already had it. So far, I'm impressed and the Xbox One has been better than I anticipated. The updates keep improving the system. Soon there will be backwards compatibility! The gamesharing is easy to access and the controller's trigger buttons are the best in any controller I've tried. Having Xbox Gold to get deals and free games is worth it. I would recommend this system to people who enjoy Xbox's exclusives (Halo, Gears of War, etc.) and if they have more friends on this console because playing with friends is so much fun.

Overall great console, lots of apps, easy switching between apps and multitasking. Good games are starting to come out, backwards compatibility works great so you can play all your 360 games (This feature releases in November but I have the preview program so I tested it out with several xbox 360 games), new menu update coming out should fix and make navigating easier as the current UI is terrible.

The new Xbox one is an amazing system. The graphics are realistic, it is lightening fast, and the features on the new Xbox one are user friendly and excellent!

With the free Halo games headset and phone it's a great deal. The system itself is fast fun and has awesome graphics especially with Mortal Kombat X and 4K TV.

I was sitting on the fence about moving from my 360 to an xbox one. When Microsoft announced backwards compatibility (coming soon) and the additional trade-in allowance, I decided it was time to make the move. I picked up a Kinect on EBay for much less than even the bundled price, and I'm glad I did, I really like the integrated TV experience with voice commands. Just walk in the room, say "XBOX On", and the console, TV, and cable box all power up and I'm logged in for gaming TV viewing. No more flipping inputs on the TV, I can watch TV while gaming or easily switch via voice.

Having owned both Xbox One & PS4; this is, in my opinion, far better of a console than the PS4. Let me justify by saying there is only one major differentiator that I see - Xbox Live. Does it cost yearly? Yes. Does that matter? No. It just outperforms the PS4 on everything from connectivity reliability to features to community structure. Again, it's my opinion but I play my Xbox regularly and almost never touched the PS4 - the reason is Xbox live. The downside for me is storage. 500gb (or even 1tb) is just not enough storage for a next-gen console like this. You can easily buy a 4tb external HDD w/ USB3 that will add more than enough space, be faster than the internal drive, and only cost you about 85$ more - well worth it. Overall, I would give the console 4.5 of 5. 4.75 if they had more storage - 500gb/1tb is weak in current times.

I own 2 Xbox Ones, a PS4 and a Wii U. The Xbox One is by far the better of the 3. I don't care how many people say that the PS4 is better. It's not. They have 0 games. ZERO. The only good game they have is Bloodborne. I'm not excited for much coming out for the PS4 but the Xbox has: Gears of War 4, Gears of War Ultimate Edition, Halo 5, Scalebound, Cup Head, Rare Replay, And pretty much any game worth having on the PS4: DOOM, Fallout 4, MGS5, Kingdom Hearts 3, FFVII Remake, and everything else announced at E3 except Shenmue 3. Xbox One even has backwards compatibility.

Great gaming console! graphics are awesome. Already had to buy 1T external hard drive though. Internal hard drive filled up with few games loaded on it.

Loved the xbox360 but this thing puts it to shame. It's on in my house from the time we get up to the time we go to bed. Kids watch Elmo, 101Dalmations, Curious George etc (Netflix and Amazon Prime) all day and then Mom and Dad watch Orange is the New Black at night. Mom goes to bed and Dad becomes the man, the myth, the legend...Master Chief for a while. Definitely more of an entertainment device than just a game system. We love this thing and highly recommend it to anyone considering buying one. Especially if yo have kids to entertain with the steaming media.
