Overall easy to use and a great accessory to have if you have older Xbox One controllers that do not have a 3.5mm headphone jack, as this provides one. It is sleek, but literally rough around the edges, the plastic joints are somewhat sharp on my unit, but it's not going to hurt me.

Great keyboard. Fits very snug on my Xbox One Controller. the keys are easy to type and has a nice none slippery texture on the bumped up keys. I would recommend. Only possible con is how snug it fits. While great for me. I know of people that have broken it on the initial set up.

My son plays alot of online gaming and i say him using his controller to text and message so I figured this could make it easier for him and he loves it. It is a good deal and shipping was fast.

Best accessory hands down. I use my Xbox for more than just gaming and searching for content with the thumbsticks has always been a pain. With this its a much better solution and makes life significantly easier.

I had it on the XBOX 360 and got one for the XBOX ONE too. Makes typing on games fun and different. I sometimes wish i could use these on my phone. The LED that indicates the alternate keyboard is very intuitive

This is a a necessity to having the x box one.Mainly because instead of having to choose one letter at a time with the controller, you can just type it, its pretty much like texting, very convienent product.

You need to update the controller to use it. I use it on PC and it works perfectly. The computer recognizes it as a keyboard so it works everywhere.

If you are logging in and have any kind of password, this is a must. Plus it makes it so easy during games to type things in. Hardly notice it there when playing but oh so useful!

Lightweight and fits great on the elite controller (event fits in the case which surprised me). The headset it comes with is similar to the Xbox 360 headsets which aren't as comfortable as the one that came with my Xbox one in my opinion.

I had one of these for my Xbox 360 and loved it. Was simply waiting for the Xbox One version to come out and Hazaaah! It has. Makes searching for movies nice and quick also messages of course.

I mean its a chatpad you know what its for, saves me a lot of time typing in my password for my xbox, i didnt want to create a passcode so i kept using my password and this helps me out a lot

My son says he would never go back to using just the remote. He says the keypad is the best and doesn't know how people get along without it!! Easy to use, just plug it in and type away.

I bought this to add to my Elite controller and it's amazing. You can type, use any headset even the one included, and take snapshots and record your gameplay from the buttns on the pad.

The ability to type quickly and get back to the game is the reason this deilvice was made, and I'm sure glad it was because I use it all the time and can flow seamlessly in game and chat
