I had this on my XBOX 360 and loved it. I am surprised that MS took so long to bring this out for the XBOX One. It makes the social part of gaming so much better. Very easy to use too.

I gave this to my brother for Christmas. He had been looking for one ever since getting his Xbox One. He says works great and makes searching the Internet and messaging much easier.

Adore the chatpad, they upgraded it to be more lightweight and less bulky where your fingers go in back. Cheap headset which I only say because wire crackles if moved wrong way but over all very satisfied with my purchase.

compared to the adapter, which I also have.. This bulky chat pad is still good for shooter games and let's you plug in any headphones . Also easy to type on Netflix or Hulu .

It's affordable and makes browsing on the xbox easier, especially when on apps such as youtube, entering 25 digit codes and web browsing. It's essentially a needed component.

I love this chatpad now I can type and do everything right from my controller this is great I had one on my 360 now I have one on my Xbox one what more can I Ask for :)......

The Xbox chatpad adds a keyboard to the xbox controller. This is great because you can type in word to search boxes making for a much improved experience. You can also still use the audio jack via a passthrough port.

For someone like me who has a large community base and tons of friends, having this chat pad helps a LOT. It has functioned flawlessly after a year of use.

Since people are always on their phone anyways it nice to have a keyboard and not the joy stick to use. This save so much time as I use it mainly for searching movies

I needed a new headset and this replaced the need for a stereo headset adapter, came with a headset and keeps me from having to use those awful on-screen keyboards!

I’ve had this for more than a few months now and it’s a sturdy little keyboard. Not the smoothest and it is small, but I’ve dropped it so many time while connected to the controller and it works perfectly as when I got it. I would recommend this for anyone from small to medium sized hands, but it may be slower or more difficult to type if you have larger fingers.

This keypad is pretty much perfect. Even with big hands like mine I can comfortably use my controller while this is plugged in and also type with it.

A great addition to my Xbox One controller. It doesn't feel awkward or bulky. Single button picture and movie capture are great. A must for entering 25 digit codes.

It is so much nicer filling out any information on the Xbox with this keyboard. Setup was easy and it works great. The included headset is a nice extra feature.

This makes using the xbox so much better. Having the chat pad to type makes functioning through things like Netflix so much easier than having to scroll through everything to search.

Tried a separate keyboard/media remote and it had issues. moved to this for the controller instead and don't know why we didn't go that route. solid chatpad

Bought as a gift for my brother. He uses this chapter all the time while he games. He says the ease of use is way better than using the in game keyboard.

This makes typing on xbox one so easy. As an even better bonus, for about the same price as the headset adapter they put out, this does that and more!

It combines all the functionality of a keypad and the Microsoft headset adapter into one package. Light and small, you will hardly notice it is there.
