I'm usually an early adopter of new hardware but held off this generation and have only now gotten a Xbox One. Really enjoying it. Nice selection of games, and because I waited a ton of them can be had quite cheaply!

Had a 360 their customer support was always amazing. Got a ps4 and their support and understanding of American consumers is terrible. However the One at announcement was very concerning but they have set it straight.

Love the system! Great graphics! The controllers are a little big though.

The fact that this is a 4K Player makes it entirely worth it. Even if you don't play games that much, it's still a nice to have. I personally do, and upgrade from the regular XB One, and again, entirely worth it.

Kids love it. I'm not much of a gamer , but I find myself plying it a lot .

At least not from what I can tell at least. Aside from streaming 4k content, there is an option to upscale games despite it not being stated as so on the box. If you want a Xbox One this has been available at great prices but with the Scorpio on the horizon, I cannot truly recommend this for anyone.

Much smaller, quiet, no external power supply which was a pain, i have always owned the black version of xbox, the white is very elegant, great deal, i got a movie and an extra controller at a discount price

This is the best console out there hands down! Appearance is Modern Looking, 4K streaming and 4K Bluray Player, it also has HDR...iam just in love with my new Xbox One S...Get one you wont be disappointed!!!

From packaging to performance and convenience an overall good product

The xbox consoles have always been my favorite ones and still are! Love my console so much! It is true it has a few bugs and glitches tho since whenever I play it for a while, the game freezes and exits automatically. Then I have to start it over again. And sometimes weird stuff happens regarding my headset and parties but well, more the good things than the bad.
