It’s a decent system. You can definitely tell it’s a step down from the X, but it’s still decent for a bedroom console. Will be replacing both with series X models soon though (release).

After some time wasted and an unfriendly manager at Best Buy, we ended up going back to the store and speaking with two employees who made the situation right. The employees of Best Buy made this right and for that I am giving 5 stars. As for dealing with Xbox, that is 0 stars. Thank you Best Buy!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought the console online & picked it up at the store as heckling as it sounds it was surprisingly so easy to pick it up even tho u can’t find this consol anywhere.... if it’s still on here but it before u go anywhere else Xbox stop manufacturing them and what’s in stock is all that’s there thy announced they working on new stuff.... well everything was fine part from couple missing stuff like the usb charger and a hdmi cable

Last year I got a Xbox one x for my oldest, and found that we never purchased any physical games. All have always been downloaded. So I figured I would try this one this time. It has been working great for months, the lack of disc drive hasn't even been noticed to my knowledge. I'd purchase again if my 4 year old were ready for one.
