I would always recommend an Xbox one these days over anything else for a kid in middle and high school for one reason alone and that’s the game pass. You pay a fee a month and have so much access to many many games and it’s perfect if you don’t have steady income coming in but besides that point the S is a great console, runs great and looks great and it’s a 4K blu rays player which is a plus if your into movie buying, only thing I’d change is the color of the thing but it’s a great console at a great price with an amazing game included and it comes with a free month of ea access, Xbox gold and game pass

Ok I’m going to be honest. The Xbox One S is a great console. Especially with Game Pass. Setup did take a bit since it had to update. Afterward it will ask you to login or create a account. I recommend using the Xbox app for this. Then you enter all the codes that came with the console. After setup your introduced to very cluttered and sometimes laggy UI. But once you learn how to navigation it’s bearable. Controller is rather comfortable. The batteries that came with the console still have charge to this day. Now that you have all that out he way, you start to game......this machine is very weak. Extremely weak. Star War looks bad and stutters a lot on the XBOS. I tried a older title like Battlefield 4. Same, looks bad and runs alright. It’s like MS made it this bad so you can return it and buy a Xbox One X. 360 games look and play better but that’s because it’s running in better hardware. Now I don’t know how Microsoft did this but the sound is so much better then PS4. Everything sounds crisp and clear. I’m actually very surprised by this. You will not be disappointed with the sound quality coming for the XBOS. Now games still run and you can play them. But you will be playing them on the weakest machine with low graphics and bad frame rate. The apps like Netflix and Disney+? I don’t have anything to say about the apps because well I use Netflix and Disney+ on my tv. One thing I don’t understand is.....why do I have to download a Blu-ray player app to play blu-ray movies???

The Xbox one is a great console. I enjoy playing my favorite games in it. I would highly recommend this for gamers looking for a gaming console with a fair price.

I've always been more of a PS system fan but this X Box is great. Easy to navigate through and Fallen Order is absolutely awesome! Fantastic game and anyone who is or isn't a Star Wars fan will love this game

Probably don't need to convince anyone about getting an Xbox, especially with the Fallen Order. Awesome machine and the game is primo. You won't be disappointed. It is Xbox at its finest!

I’ve never owned anything else and have always loved the Xbox. I have a bunch of old games that I really enjoy playing but they don’t work on this one. That’s my only complaint

Bought this to replace a dead Xbox 360, what a great upgrade! The only downside is that not all of our 360 games are playable, but it's not a deal-breaker. The graphics are outstanding!

Bought this for my grandson. He was able to set it up and use it without any problems. Seems to play the games easily. Colors, sounds, motion are all good. He indicates it is a good system.

Great price and they have games for all ages. This one came with the new Star Wars Fallen Order and 2 months of Xbox Game Pass & Xbox Gold & EA pass. Combined savings of about a hundred dollars.

Got this on Black Friday with a nice discount. The availability of GamePass on Xbox makes it the best console to gift to a beginner. Incredible value given the vast array of games available.

I mean what else can I say about the one s that you don’t know already? It works great and having fallen order come with it makes this even more worth getting. Great system and great game!

I picked this up during the covid19 pandemic as something to help pass the time. Easy process all around - from online purchase to being ready to play with friends online. Only downside was that the xbox one x was on sale for the same price but out of stock and couldn't be shipped, so I went this route. Other than that, happy with this purchase.

The Jedi XBOX ONE S is a great console. Easy to use and nice and slim. I love the white color and receiving it as a bundle with the matching white controller.

Outside of home school I have to figure out something to occupy my child. She’s very happy with her Xbox and Best Buy made it so easy and quick to purchase and pick up.

This Xbox does everything the Xbox one x does minus 4K graphics, for half the price, you or your child won’t even know the difference and most people don’t even have a 4K tv yet.

Needed an Xbox for various reasons. The fact that it came with Fallen Order was great as I had yet to pick the game up. The experience was smooth and the price was excellent.

X Box unit is and excellent gaming device. Purchased for my 3 children. There ages range from 8 years of age to the youngest 4 years old. Their all enjoying it together.

Purchased for grandchildren for Christmas. They are enjoying the games included as well as others we purchased. The graphics are awesome! The 19 and 11 year olds are using and enjoying as well as the 7 and 5 year olds. This isn't like the older versions of the gaming system where you couldn't slightly jar the system or it would be out of alignment and not work. The games are so life like and makes you feel you're actually in the game. Would recommend this product to anyone. The store associate was also very helpful and knowledgeable about not only the system, he also made recommendations for age-appropriate games.

This is a family gaming system and runs great. My kids use it for roblox and I sometimes play COD. Have had this for awhile and everything runs smooth, no issues

First of all, I am discounting the fact that my controller was defective in this review. These things happen, but the system itself was a good value. This bundle was the best value (Roblox, NBA, etc.) are pretty inexpensive now, but Star Wars, at the time in which I purchased it, was 59.99. I feel like this is a staple console.
