Love my Xbox. plays great games and movies in 4K. I only wish the games would load faster cause installing takes forever.

Great product. The XBOX ONE looks beautiful. The only downside to the Xbox bundle is Madden. Madden is so unrealistic that you end up playing Charles Woodson every game. Back to pass, deep ball, one handed pick should be the slogan.

I think it's an excellent console.. the graphics are amazimg, I can't stay off of it.. then the Madden 18 is awesome..

This system is fun and enjoyable for the whole family. While the Xbox live is the most important for my son, my daughter has also loved playing games live with her friends as well. We have game nights and the whole family has games that we love with this system. Fun and enjoyable.

My old XBox would no longer work with the new games, which is a disappointment since it still works - just for the older games. Good value for the price for the XBox One S which includes Madden NFL 18 as a bonus. System works great and has a long life as well as overall value.

Good product would by again ! Just wish it had more GB memory. Other than that it does what it's supposed to do.

Took a long time to do updates when 1st hooked it up and even longer to download the game that came with it.

I bought this for my projector. I have no interest in Xbox One X, so I decided to add another One S. It was made easy when it was on sale for $30 off and a free game along with the game that came with the system. I really enjoy the backwards compatibility, as I play a PS4 forccurrent gen titles. I do enjoy the fact it has a UHD player as I do have a few 4k hdr tvs.

Bought this for the family after years of holding out on another gaming system. I have been nothing but happy with it. The whole family enjoys the games, and with the addition of online gaming and the latest trends in Xbox Game Pass, this is a must have for any gamer.

The console itself is very slick looking. My controller went out within a month. Called Best Buy and they said they couldn't do anything about it because I didn't purchase a warranty with it. Lame. I called XBOX and they sent me a new controller completely free. It wasn't " Please send your controller in and we will review the product and let you know" kind of situation. So that was awesome. Other than that the actually console works great.

I haven't gotten to play, but my three teenagers have. They enjoy the system and the graphics are unreal.

My personal preference I like the ps4 better. I brought a xbox on sale on black Friday because I wanted a 4K dvd player, so for a little bit of extra money I got another gaming system. 2 things I like better about the xbox is all the apps and it plays 4k dvds.

We are very pleased with our purchase. We bought this for Christmas and we ran into a small issue with our receipt cutting off part of an access token needed. Best buy was wig quick to resolve this and even offered a courtesy call when it arrived by email.

For the money, this was a fairly priced bundle. Just wish it was a 1TB system instead of 500GB.

Besides the same design as the original Xbox one, it's a pretty awesome upgrade to date! It's equipped with 4K upscaling capability as well as playing 4K movies. The controller is also made with a slight rough grip on the back for better control.

This was my first XBOX purchase, having previously been a PS3 user. I got the XBOX One S because of the great value now that the XBOX One X has been out for awhile. For several hundred dollars less, I can easily live without 4K content on games.

Purchased this as a Christmas gift. Son loves it! We did purchase the external hard drive for him so that he could take his games back and forth to his moms without having to erase or lose progress. Very happy with our purchase!
