I no longer can use my Xbox connect and already traded my Xbox one that worked great and connected to connect. It seems like a downgrade from Xbox one.

You need either batteries or separately purchased charging batteries. PS4 has plug in controllers that are rechargeable. Definite advantage.

Controller Disconection

My Controller kept disconnecting, almost like the batteries were dead. Tried replacing batteries, tried the rechargeable packs, NOTHING. So its the controller right? Go get a new controller and its still happening. I try different brands of batteries everything. Still No. At this point Its the Xbox. I Replace the One S with another One S and it still is doing it. I bite the bullet and buy the One X, and everything is fine but should be with a 300$ Increase. This only got 2 stars because its better than the Wii.

About a month ago I started to have minor issues, that eventually led to the console not even turning on. Went through all the troubleshooting with xbox. Ended up having to drive it back to Best Buy to have it shipped to TX, repaired and shipped back. No swap for a new one. Bad hard drive they said. Been a week, still waiting to see what I get back. They offered no compensation for the week+ of gold membership that i'm currently losing as a result.
