I bought this on black Friday and never received my free controller. Poor customer service

Came in as a package with the xbox. Got it as a Christmas gift, they dont play it as much as the do Basketball game

Microsoft - Xbox One S 500GB Madden NFL 18 Bundle was fine.

This was bought as a gift for my nephew. I do not know a lot about it but he seems happy with it

Good value if you enjoy playing Madden. I haven’t played it since I bought the bundle.

As someone who came from an Xbox 360, I have to say that I’m extremely satisfied with the One S and the bundle that came with it. When I bought my console in December 2017, my bundle included the electronic download Madden 18 and Rocket League, and a three-month free trial to Xbox Game Pass. This bundle package works great for sports gamers, whether you play every now and then or are a consistent video game player. The value of the Madden and Rocket League, $60 and $30 respectively, is what makes the deal. It makes the amount you’re paying for just the console become $190, an extremely good value. When compared to the PlayStation 4, you save about $20 on the overall price, around $280 for the Xbox and $300 for the PS4, and get the extra sports game in the bundle. Although this deal only comes with the white colored Xbox One S, it includes a sports game (which the PS4 bundles don’t have), and beats the competition in price. The performance of the console has also been fantastic. The overall game play has improved, from smoother controls and movements in the games I’ve tried to the efforts to make the games more like what you would expect in real life. In the past month and a half, there have been no issues with crashing or connection to the internet, allowing for smooth online gaming. These were issues that occurred as time progressed with the 360, so it’ll be something to keep an eye on as the One S gets older. The games are required to be downloaded to the hard drive for gameplay, and with the console only having 500 GB, storage can be an issue. However, you can buy an external hard drive for $80-$100 with 2-4 terabytes, which allows for more gaming and is a worthwhile investment for those who will play many games. Having Netflix and other apps available for download is another positive that allows you to only need one device and creates convenience for the user. Finally, the quality of the console is a definite step up from the 360. The graphics are even clearer and more realistic to the athletes that you see either in real life or television. The past few months would suggest that the Xbox is solidly made. It’s a strong console that will hold up for many years, similar to the previous 360. It is also lighter than the 360, which many will appreciate when they have to set it up. While the 4K HD Blu-ray is a part that hasn’t been utilized yet, it’s nice to know that the console has the ability for that usage if/when necessary. All in all, the value, performance, and quality of this Xbox One S bundle makes it a great option for sports gamers.

It's a great system except for the fact that you have to download every game to your xbox - depending on your Internet speed this can be an all day project even when using a disc - up to 12 + hours - just stupid - should be able to insert disc and play.

I would not recommend any one buying an Xbox with any bundle or used. MS has known about the issue of players getting booted from, disconnected from games, and the system reboots it's self quite frequently while trrying to participate in multi-player games. This is not the sellers problem, that is why I am demanding my refund from Microsoft, they have told me to get refund from my seller That's Wrong. Only one star because I don't think dial-up will make a come back. P.S. - The folks at Xbox support are really friendly and try to help its not their fault eiother, so please be reasonable with them. Thank you

Love the Xbox one. Only thing I dislike is all the updates it needs which must be done or you can’t play not even if you have a disc game.

I prefer to play my ps4 pro,. Only good thing about Xbox is that you can use Dolby atmos sounds good.,,

Stopped working within 3 weeks. I had to go get a new one...very annoying
