A bit of audio feedback when online and the microphone is short so will be close to your face. Other than that, they are great!

I thought this brand new version would be better than the original. You can barely hear shh with the volumn turned up to the max! I am beyond upset with this headset.

I would recommend spending the extra $40 and getting the wireless version.

Do not get Xbox branded headphones wired or wireless poor build and cheap pure plastic with no protection and uncomfortable wear

I wish I could give it zero stars I’ve bought two of these in the last year and a half. They are non-returnable and just junk trash very disappointed, and Best Buy won’t stand behind it. Microsoft won’t stand behind it garbage.

These have awesome reviews and will be the perfect gift for my teenage son when he plays his xbox!

Truly abyssmal. Muddy sound, zero mic monitoring (Can't hear your own voice, so you have to yell. Yes, I have an updated Series X controller), static-y mic. I'm returning after using it for 5 minutes.

Like most Xbox audio items absolute garbage, bought this same day with a brand new controller, plugged it into the controller and surprise, surprise no sound barely any mic reception. Your better to purchase a cheap knock off brand that will last you month for a quarter of the price.

Just bought it a day ago and it didn’t worked at all!

The plug separated from the cord in less than one week! You wouldn’t take it back because of your two week policy!!! Trying to contact the manufacturer was a bust and I’ll never purchase another thing from you store!!!

I am so disappointed with this headset. I can barely hear anyone in a party chat and the game volume is very low and this is with the headset turned all the way up. I want to return this item.
