Bad battery, worse customer service.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Faulty battery out of the box. Best Buy wouldn’t accept return 7 days past holiday return window. Will be diverting 1000s elsewhere. Radios work ok. Range in neighborhood is more like 0.25 mile.

Posted .If you are unsatisfied with the performance of your radio the customer experience team would be happy to help with options or recommendations. The X-TALKERS have an average range of 1/2-1 mile in normal conditions. The extreme range listed is in near perfect conditions of mountain top to mountain top or over water, which is stated on the packaging. There are illustrations also displaying other possible ranges according to obstructions. Please contact [email protected] for some assistance in this matter.
