OK, yes it's more $$$ than I hoped to pay for a good vacuum, but it's built to last. Well made, sturdy, and very quiet - it cleans carpets and hard floors extremely well. It's replacing our old Electrolux (which was great) which is finally dying after ~15 yrs of regular use, but their quality has fallen since then. This Miele is even better in terms of build quality and performance, and much quieter. My one complaint is having to disconnect the cord connector when you change the bag, which is a design flaw.

This vacuum is compact, has the electro power rug attachment that will clean every type of rug. The power is awesome and it is easy to work with on stairs because of it's compact size. I'm very happy with it and hope to have it for a long time. Sound can be adjusted as well as power. Not cheap, but it is made by a well known manufacturer in Germany. I did a lot of research before buying it and I feel comfortable this is the best of the best! I purchased extra filters that are original . I wish Best Buy had the complete package that other retailers have, which include bags and the hepa filter, which is a good buy because it is a bundle package.

This vacuum has great suction. The canister portion is light weight and pulls easily. The electric carpet attachment is a little heavy, but works well. The bags are on the expensive side and need to be replaced often. Too soon to comment about long term reliability, but so far a good product.

I bought this to replace my previous Miele which is over 20 years old. I just had to stick with what works. It's even better than the previous model. Powerful, compact and easy to use. Great for all my regular household needs.

Overall, this seems to be put together well using high-quality materials. The features I especially like are the lightweight, compact size of the body and the adjustable wand. Also, I like being able to plug the powerhead into the handle if needed. My previous vacuum only allowed plugging it into the wand. The only downside is the comfort of the handle. Where the top and bottom pieces of plastic join, it sort of cuts into my hand if I grip too hard. I might try to cushion it with some sort of sleeve. I've already recommended this model to a friend who is shopping.

Excellent vacuum so far. Small and compact. Very powerful motor. Sucking power is great. Picks up everything.

I had a ten year old Electrolux that the motor worked on, and everything else about it had broken. When the long wand fell out of the hose and shattered my right knee cap, that was it! Lots of research later and I have settled on this vacuum; one repair guy told me to always get Miele, and he was correct! All of the little things about the cheaply made Electrolux are clearly well made, solid parts of my new Miele! Even the wheels on the bottom of the cannister work smoothly and evenly. And I actually talked on the phone while I had it on quiet mode! All of the reviews that say this vacuum sucks, are absolutely correct! It pulls up and in everything nearby, and I love that the floor brush is designed with spaces for the dirt to fly through! I cannot find one thing to detract from this vacuum, except that it wasn't free! That wouldn't change my review! Pay a little more and keep it for twenty years! You won't be sorry!

A compact and yet very powerful device, this little machine performs so well its hard to believe. It's easy to move around and versatile at the same time, attachments are easy to use and swap out. Very happy with this purchase!

Very happy with this vaccum. Easy to use, portable and does a great job and it doesn't eat up the runners like my former one. Vey light, but powerful.

I was concerned because it said compact that it wouldn't be what I needed but I was wrong. I love it. Heavy suction and so light and easy on my back.

Love everything! I have mostly hardwood and it does a great job. The beater attachment work super good on my carpet. Love that the exhaust air come out on the top so it doesn’t blow dust from the floor up into the air. The size is great and easy to move around. Nice filter that’s easy to change. So glad I finally paid a little extra!

I just recently purchased this Miele vacuum cleaner. I got it on sale and had a gift card so I paid $240.00 less otherwise I would not have bought it only because of the price. It has a small body. It maneuvers easily and the telescopic wand is metal unlike other vacuums. It is pretty quiet compared to my last vacuum. The electrobrush seems heavy duty and cleans the carpet nicely. The floor attachment is large and covers more area. Overall this is a beauty of a machine. I hope it holds up well over the years.

This vacuum...although a bit pricey seems strong and durable for its size and weight. I've only owned it since 3/8/20, so I'll have to see if it performs well and trouble-free over the long term. About the only design flaw I don't care for is that there are the standard four tool attachments but you're only able to clip 3 to the vacuum. I leave the bare floor nozzle off. Very odd.

Where do I even begin! This vacuum has changed my life. I suffer from terrible allergies to pretty much everything. With the Miele - Compact C2 Canister Vacuum in tow, I can clean my entire home from top to bottom without feeling terribly sick after. The level of detail they have put into the placement of all three air filters is amazing. I must also state that on my high pile super plush carpet, it works phenomenal! I am now a Miele fan for life.

This vacuum is everything I thought it would be. I love how easy it is to use. I have cleaned all of my window channels and baseboards, which I could not do with my previous upright. The only thing that would make me love it more is if the cord was about 7 feet longer -- I do have to unplug & move about 1/2 way through my house.

A little heavy, but when using you do not notice the weight very much. It cleans very well and is very quiet. Well engineered and well thought out product.

This has been a great vacuum. Love that it has a sealed system. I feel like it gets our carpet much cleaner than our old, cheaper vacuum.
