Just when I thought I had retired my 3DS to the shelves of misfit consoles Nintendo blesses me with this masterpiece. If you enjoyed Tomodachi Life or just the idea of going on a turned based RPG where you can create a team of yourself, Kim Kardashin, George Costanza, and the greatest scientist in all of the Unvieeses Rich Sanchez, this game is for you.

OMG too cute... I've been playing the game on my new 2ds xl since I got it home so far so good. You're on a mission to rescue all the faces of the Mii characters in the miitopia game. it's a casual easy to play game for all ages.

As I lay down under the same dying oak tree as my father before me and my grandfather before him, I ask myself...is it even possible that Elvis could still be alive? I mean, aside from the fact of his reported death...is it fair to call that a hoax and he still alive somewhere on earth? Even if Elvis didn't die that day, could he have not died since? That's when I feel it too much to bear and reach for Miitopia, thank you great Norse gods for bestowing the Nintendo 3ds on us!

I saw gameplay of Miitopia before deciding on purchasing it. It was so cute, and the fact you could put any Mii into any role lead to some hilarious results. Once recieving the game, I found out it could be just as hilarious in your own hands. Yes, the game is easy to play, but I never minded that aspect. I'm not one who plays games for the difficulty level, plus this makes it accessible to any age group. I've enjoyed this as an adult, and I know young kids would appreciate it too. The storyline is fun, has a few little twists and turns, and even keeps you from getting too over-leveled as you continue forward. I'm also a big fan of how the party can grow closer together, and become more skilled as this happens. I definitely recommend this game to anyone looking for an enjoyable and silly romp. Gather your party and get going!

This is a good game, I bought it for my Daughter for her 3DS XL. it's Very entertaining and there are small mini games you can play if you don't feel like playing the story mode. You get to customize your mii character which is pretty cool, i really like what Nintendo and its game Developers are coming up with. Over all I would recommend it.

It was a lot of fun playing and creating characters. I love how you level up all of the party separately so you can choose later from a broader selection. Also I like that you can try different positions, mage warrior or otherwise

A good, basic RPG— but don't expect more

Miitopia is a pretty fun RPG even though it's quite basic. Battles are turn-based and falls more inline with older RPG games. Meaning, you can control what your main character does, but not what your pals do. What your friends can do depends on the classes you choose for them and the personality you chose. Their personality traits show themselves in battle through quirks, both good and bad. Like Tomodachi Life, you're able to use your own Miis to stand in as the rest of the characters. This includes other Miis people have made and are shared online. This is possibly the most fun you're going to have with Miitopia. You can always change the roles as well, so don't feel like you're stuck with who you've chosen. Another part of this game is eating food. This seems to be taken from Tomodachi Life as well. At the end of every stage, your Miis rest at an inn where you can feed them. What they like and dislike is random. For example, you may find yourself bummed out that your mage doesn't like food that increases the Magic stat. Yet another feature that seems to be taken from Tomodachi Life is the friendship feature. As you and your pals spend time together during the evenings, as well as helping each other out in battle, your friendship level increases. This will unlock nifty bonuses that help a lot in battle. It might as well have been easier to say this is Tomodachi RPG. It's fun if you're not expecting much and don't need much out of an RPG to be entertained. However, if you're looking for something more complex (like me), you might be disappointed in your purchase. I still had fun with Miitopia, but I'm hard-pressed to finish the game because I feel I've seen everything it has to offer. The story isn't engaging enough (I've spoiled myself silly to write this review in good conscious) and the amount of battles between each story segment is long and repetitive with no real way to evade battles you don't want to fight. Miitopia is very "hands off"... like Tomodachi Life. I can't see myself recommending this to others. They might get bored faster than I did.

If you enjoyed Tomodachi Life but wanted something more complex this fits the bill. I enjoyed all the ridiculous job types of the game from the common rpg fighter to classes like tank or flower. If you like playing with miis you can customize the whole cast in this game from your allies to your enemies to all the npcs.

This game is like Tomodachi Life, but I think it is a lot more fun and hilarious. The fact that you can cast miis into different roles is hilarious and the interactions between miis is so funny. I like that this game has a story as well which Tomodachi life did not.

This is an RPG-lite game, with some funny social interactions between your Mii's and the ability to have you and your friends go on a quest to restore everyone's missing faces. You even get to decide what face (and name) goes on the main villain itself! If you were a fan of Tomodachi Life!, then this is the next step for you to take.

Game is an absolute delight. I am a grown man but I have enjoyed the light sense of humor and overall gameplay. Sometimes the pacing can be slow but I believe kids or adults would both enjoy this game.

Well, what I mean is that it is fun to make your whole family into characters of this game. You can create each person's different likeness and then wait to see what kind of trouble they get into.

I had seen this game being played on this year's E3 and thought it was a pretty interesting concept (especially since you'd be able to play with your Mii which little to no games offer anymore). Since I got the game, I have not put it down. It's such a great adventure and story! The great thing is that you can literally set every character in the game with whatever Mii you want. This game is great and longer than I expected. I still haven't finished it. A must buy if you have spare money.

My eight year old really likes this game. Essentially its an RPG where you can have your Mii avatars join you in a battle against Dark Lords who steal your faces (I know, its weird but what else would you expect from Nintendo?). I know this game got mixed reviews, but my son likes it, so that's all that matters!
