Completely agree with other review. It took 3 weeks to arrive (not stuck in shipping, it just was never shipped until weeks later). Upon opening, screws and bolts just fell out of the box. Missing other hardware completely. Paint job is poor, esp at the "cup holder", likely due to the wood underneath not being finished at all. Sometimes it's a specific color issue but not here it seems as the other reviewer had white (we have pink). On other spots there are deep dings that pull up the paint and wood and that look like they should have been caught in quality control (could also have been caused by the loose bolts and screws in shipping). What made it clear quality control was not a thing, however, is that the CNC job of the flower pattern was completely messed up on the right side, and the finish of the wood is splintered with bits peeling off. The drawer is only an inch deep and only pulls out 2.5 inches, so forget putting a normal mouse in there. You may be able to fit a few small cables or pens/pencils diagonally (the pen you see in there, that is the only way it fits). Overall, design is ok if the drawer was deeper and pulled out a bit more, but the quality control is just terrible.

I'm returning this tray because of its poor craftsmanship. The wood is splintered and cracked in places. The finish has drips and bare spots on the top. The drawer (which was one of the selling points for me) has very little space and doesn't stay in place. In addition, the vents are too high for my 15 inch laptop. Very disappointing.

There were no reviews posted when I bought this. If I'd read the previous reviews, I wouldn't have bought it. It came out of the box with loose screws, which I reattached and tightened, and a dented corner which won't affect usage. That said, it does an adequate job of what I bought it for, which is elevating my laptop on my dining table so I can use it at the right angle for Zoom meetings. I had been using a stack of thick books, which was kind of a pain because I had to stack and unstack them for every meeting. This product is one step better than what I had done before, so I can't say that it's a total waste.

They make it sound like it is a cooling tray, it is not. Every other cooling tray I bought before has a fan, this does not just holes. Definitely not worth the money. The drink holder I would not trust to keep cup or glass stable. Chips in the paint,bubbles in paint.

When I took it out the box, definitely had that bamboo wood smell. However, the bamboo stand itself could use a bit more sanding down. But it does the job. The "cooling fan" are just cut outs.

This product is amazing and it holds my laptop very well placed on it

Finish looks nice and wood is okay quality for price. However, it is pretty heavy and the legs can not be locked in place so they swing around when you try to move it.

Excellent to use your tablet n functional to have meals as well

This was a great purchase. I never want to leave my bed to go to my desk anymore. The downside is the screws seem to become loose often due to opening and closing the adjuster hopefully it doesn't become a major issue

Just love it. Exactly as described and it is easy to store and easy to get out

Total piece of crap. Build quality is terrible and wood itself splinters during basic use. It basically just fell apart.
