Quality pull up bar. Good price and easy to set up.
Personally I just hang ftom the bar to engage my shoulders and scapula muscles.
Im sure that a person of moderate weight can pull themselves up but that's not my goal.
I weigh over 200 pounds and bar holds my weight just fine. So go ahead and make the purchase.
If you don't like the install, return the product.

easy to install. no hardware to puncture the wood. fits perfectly in the doorway and looks sleek. not bulky and won’t ruin door trim. We bought this for my daughter and she loves it.

Do not buy this! Tried many times make it secure in the doorframe, with no success. There is not enough grip in the end pieces - as soon as I would try to use it, it would slip out of place. Sadly, I threw it away without ever being able to enjoy it because it is unsafe as designed.

I ordered it on December 11th and it was supposed to arrive on December 22. Now the order is delayed. They still charged my credit card on December 22 but there is still no update on my order. The best buy support is very unhelpful. I am never buying anything from Best buy online ever again.
