I had been holding off on buying Minecraft Story Mode for my daughter's tablet for a few months, and am so glad I did bc when I found out it was available for Xbox 360, I had to buy it. By purchasing the 360 version, you are prepaying for all of the Chapters that have not yet been released, versus the tablet app version, where you pay per chapter as they are released. For the Xbox version, you can download them at no extra cost (since we prepaid, remember?) as the chapters become available. The game play is as simple and fun as regular Minecraft, however, the story line and characters make it a totally different experience. You have quests and mini-games to complete, and it's guaranteed to keep you busy. My daughter is 7 and has loved Minecraft for a while, so when she got Story Mode, she was so excited and has really enjoyed playing it.

If your kids are anything like mine, and love just playing Minecraft for hours, this is an awesome diversion. Its a story game where you choose the characters path on the way. Meaning, there are thousands of outcomes that could result from the story, and it will provide many hours of fun! It's like watching a minecraft movie that keeps changing!

This game was bought for my 9 year old. He loves the story line and having the ability to make choices that impact the game.

Great price for a great gift. My sister in law loves Minecraft, so I thought she might enjoy this. It's a really interesting and fun game.

My son has been asking me about this game for a while, so I finally bought it for him as a reward for making high honor roll. He was so happy to receive the game that he immediately started to play. I love that this product includes access to all 5 episodes of the game for one price. He's already made it through the first episode, and I'm sure the others are just as fun! This is a must have for all Minecraft fans!

My boys love minecraft and this game is no exception. They will play for hours until I tell them to stop. Great entertainment value

My grandkids have been playing minecraft for over a year. This will just take them up a step to where they get to make decisions and have a little more control on the game.

Lots of hours of game easy to play and at a cheap price

This is going to be a Christmas gift for me boys. I know they are going to enjoy this game as much as the original Minecraft.

My son has the original minecraft game which he enjoys & prefers over this one. This is more of a follow along story line. He does like it but he prefers the original where you can built & do your own thing.

My grandsons always played Minecraft that I downloaded on my tablet and they always looked forward to coming over to play the game, so, when I saw that there was a new game out I decided to buy it for a Christmas gift for the boys. It's used as an incentive at their home to earn time playing the game. The kids love the game and so do their parents; it was a great purchase.

Good story line but she wishes some of the characters lasted longer. The episodes should be released quicker than they are. Too bad you have to pay for each episode to be downloaded.

Kids really enjoy this on family nights. They enjoy building and destroying throughout the game. Taking turns is a challenge but we enjoy watching each other

I purchased this game for my 10 year old Son. He is an avid fan of Minecraft and was able to navigate this new adventure fairly easily. Great for kids!

The graphics are amazing for being a tell tale game and the storys plot was well thought out. The game is a great answer to what minecraft would be like if it were story mode.

This is a game for beginner games who have some knowledge of the game. The graphics are good and the store mode keeps you entertained.

I bought this game for my 10 year old for his bday, he loves minecraft. I don't know much about it but he seems to love it very much.

I am not sure if it is the game itself or the Xbox Live account, but even though this game comes with all the level "Purchased", you cannot access them all and are asked to pay $4.99 per level again. The message says that if you have already paid for this level to not purchase it again, as you will be charged again. However, it does not give instructions as to how to download it without purchasing it again.
