I've had this movie for a while. I think it's right up there with Spielberg's best. But this review is about the recent steelbook release. Steelbooks have been feeling flimsier lately, and this one is no exception. However, the artwork chosen is very nice, especially the inside and back. It also has a very glossy finish. So i'm pretty pleased overall.

Great movie from 2002, but likely to gain new viewers whose first exposure will come from the new series. Start here with Spielberg for a classic scifi flick & not-quite-apocalyptic view of a semi-dystopian future. The future tech seems quite probable today, but the future-prediction element is mystical hokum (unlike vampires & zombies)

I purchased this version of the movie for the Steelbook case. The picture on the front of the case matches the cover-art for the standard Blu-ray case release, and the picture on the back of the case is the Department of Precrime logo. Great movie + great Steelbook case = WIN

The movie is just as good watching it at home on spoor a as it was the day that I saw it in the theater. I would have to say I'm definitely going to watch this movie again. Watching it on Blu-ray has enhanced the picture and the sound and I'm glad that I purchased this

The plot is complex and that is a good thing in my book. Science fiction gets a reputation for being cheesy and that is unfair. Sci-fi is at its best when it makes you think. About plot or character or themes or whatever. You throw in dazzling effects and big time star power and you have a winner.

I love this STEELBOOK... Great cover. It's without question one of the, if not the greatest SCI-FI films of all time. The story, the actors and the look and feel of the movie are all top notch! Cruise carries the movie in a way he hadn't before.

Saw this movie in the theaters years ago, and still has not lost its appeal! a story a tad bit hard to follow at first but most definitely well articulated, detailed out, and acted out... the end was a surprise!!

This is easily one of my Favorite Tom Cruise Movies. This movie is highly entertaining, with a great plot and great visual affects that still look great close to 15 years later. Definitely worth checking out if you've never seen it.

I'm not a Tom cruise fan. But I did get in his character here. The future they live in, sucks you in with detail and the what if ideals. Others in the cast made me smile and reflect on other films. Defiantly a ride that needs taking.

First off, the movie is what it is. Lots of site for you to get reviews on the film itself. I wouldn't have bought this if I didn't like the film and want it to be a part of my collection. I am a huge Steelbook fan, so I was very excited to find out Paramount was releasing a bunch of catalog titles in Blu-ray Steelbooks. I bought this along with 4 others in the same trip to Best Buy on the first day of their release. I was very disappointed to realize that Paramount chose to only include the first of the two discs that make up this title's BD release in non-steelbook packaging. That means for longer titles you get no special features. No UV or digital copy, either. Very disappointing, but still didn't deter me.

This has always been a movie I wanted to add to my video library and so with it on sale I decided to go ahead and get it. The audio and video quality was absolutely great and the transfer to blu ray is flawless. Great movie.

This is one of my top Tom Cruz. I wish I would have been able to get the Blu-ray and DVD option as this edition is the two Blu-ray disc option only. I also wish it was available with a Digital Copy.

Good movie, kind of hard to find some of the older ones like this anymore other than online. Shipped quickly and arrived even quicker.

Tom Cruise prevails as a cop accused of a crime he never planned to commit. The story, the acting, the special effects, the score...This movie must be seen by all.

This is a fantastic science fiction movie. I think it is somewhat timeless in how it was filmed and even after all these years I still enjoy it. The bluray is pretty solid too.

One of Spielberg's decent films. Tom Cruise does a decent job in this role and it has some great action sequences. The concepts of the film are interesting and add a good element to the overall film.

this film is pretty good, the feel felt like a video game narrative story. i guess speilberg just like video games, but this film involves crime.

tom cruise out does himself again when he plays a cop who arrests people before they commit there crimes. cruises performance is pretty good.

Minority Report is one of the best sci-fi movies! Lots of action in the futuristic world that condemns you ahead of time...very creepy if you really think about it!
