I purchased a portable Carplay stereo with a backup camera from Amazon and had it installed at Best Buy. I didn’t feel confident attempting the install on my own and Avi’ took care of me. The backup camera in car is working as expected. He even connected steering wheel to stereo even when it wasn't planned

I had to come back a second time since he couldn't get my spare tire off. Then the second time he was hesitant to install because one of my bolts was missing but I urged him to do it and it's been perfect since!

I went back to Auto Equipment looking for a Garmin 65 GPS and Back Up Camera and Adian happened to be back there working the sales floor and walked me through ALL the Pros and Cons of each option of GPS units and Cameras. Adian Also Advised Me that since I had just purchased the Technical Support Package for our Laptops that ALL Auto audio Installation would be FREE. I purchased the Garmin DriveSmart 65 and BC30 Camera and made the appointment for Installation. I brought my 2002 Subaru Outback on a Saturday Afternoon and Adian took care of all the wiring, hiding the wiring and the installation of both units. This week I will be talking to him again about doing my registration because the procedure from Garmin and Garmin Express for the End User is Ridiculous and vendors like Best Buy should demand that be changed by Garmin. Adian Is GREAT.

I have used my local Best Buy's auto department twice now, first to install a Nextbase 522GW in my wife's car and then the Rexing S1 in mine. In between the installs, I had a consultation w/ the team for the second dash cam as my car was a convertible and I needed help finding dash cams that would work in my car(that is how I ended up going with Rexing). The team here at North Hills, Pittsburgh is excellent! They did a great job fairly quickly and my dash cams look and work great. They answered all my questions about the product and I was very happy with the customer service. Because of all this, I highly recommend Best Buy for any dash cam and back up cam installs! P.S. - They are booked fairly solid for 3-4 weeks ahead so plan accordingly.

So I had used a Pioneer head unit and back up camera combo on my other vehicle. I really liked that combo, so I bought the same combo to install in my truck. I didn't think about the fact that the backup camera didn't have away to mount on my truck, unlike on my car. Installer called me to deliver the bad news, but offered up a license plate backup cam as a quick, easy solution. it's picture quality isn't as good as what I had in my combo backup cam, but it;s not too bad. It got through Hurricane Sally rains and still works, Pleasantly pleased.

Bought a back-up camera for my car on a different website. BB didn't carry one made specifically for my vehicle. Used GS to install it. Took a little longer than they said it would, but it works just fine. This approach saved me probably 70% off of having one dealer installed. I recommend GS.

I was quoted that the installation would take about 2 hours. It was done in less than an hour-and-a-half. When I picked up the car, they had hard-wired the companion GPS system to the dash. I planned to move the GPS to a different location in the vehicle, so asked that the connection be removed. The change was made quickly and to my satisfaction.

Camera was installed quickly. Separately procured connector cable was faulty so factory installed monitor did not work (it worked when connected to a separate monitor, so we knew the camera was not at fault). Technician could not offer any suggestions except that connector cable was faulty - nothing he could do since it was not a Best Buy part. Another connector cable was obtained and when I connected, it a beautiful image appeared on my monitor!

Camera nstallation was part of a package deal on the deck I purchased. Work was spot on. Guys in the shop asked me where I wanted the camera mounted and even asked if they could use screws to hold it down. Thanks guys!

Since the older Mazada Models weren't meant to be built with a back up camera, I didn't know how they were going to mount it without it looking awkward. They ended up suggesting where the license plate frame is and it ended up fitting perfectly and doesn't look like it doesn't belong. They did the work very quickly and they did it with ease. They were very friendly and walked you through how it works on your in dash unit.

Gives me a nice clear rear view! It is a little off to one side due to the fact that my license plate, where they mount it, is on the left side. But otherwise, it is nice.

It's a very nice device that fits my needs, mostly to back up since with my 2012 jeep liberty I can't never tell when I'm too close to the car behind me. Be careful backing up and still keep looking at the side mirrors since the car's corners are not shown in the camera view. the mirror is big and nice,little dark but it's fine, the cam view is a square to the left corner, which is shown on the box. I'm pretty happy so far with this purchase.
