Agents were great. They were awesome to work with. Extremely friendly and very customer service oriented. The product was not. Wiring diagrams were terrible. Also got charged even more then what I originally paid and total tech didn’t work so I canceled that as soon as the appointment was over. Why have total tech if your still having to pay full price.

Setup appointment online a few weeks in advance. When I checked-in, C.J. was ready and began installing the rear back-up camera for my car. I came back to pickup the car. C.J. shared that the camera wouldn't fit. He helped me find another camera and installed at that time rather than forcing me to setup another appointment. C.J. went above & beyond to provide OUTSTANDING customer service!!!

Installed backup camera Quoted and did the work in half the quoted time as other shops and therefore half the price. Work done well and within quoted time. Friendly tech explained what he did and demonstrated working product.

The radio is nice but the camera sucks. It was mounted right under the tailgate of my husbands truck. I looks like it's going to get knocked if every time we use it. The camera isn't great quality.

This backup camera was a great choice, I never had a vehicle with a backup camera I thought I didn’t need one, now that I have it I want one on all my vehicles, it has a perfect picture day or night it’s a good addition.

They replaced my faulty back up camera and replaced it with a new one in under an hour and even upgraded the camera to a better!

The Geek Squad attendant was able to install a back up camera I had gotten off Amazon for my 2013 Toyota Camry. He didn't need any extra parts and it was finished in a timely manner with appt made. It was, however, hard to get a appt in the first place.

This store has the best install guy in the business! Been using the Selma store just because the install guy is Amazing!

I went in to have a back-camera installed. I attempted it myself but had trouble doing it. So everything that needed to be removed was already removed....the radio, dash trim, center console, and kick panel. They wired it perfectly, but they didn't put everything back. If I didn't take everything off, their job would be that much harder. I told them that, and their response was if they broke something, they'd be responsible for it. I then told them if they removed everything themselves, they would have to put everything back. And I said if they broke something in the process of putting it back, they'd be responsible for that too, to which they had no response. So I paid $135 for an installation which includes removal of dash pieces and reinstallation of those pieces and I didn't get all those services I paid for. As I'm leaving the guy tells me I can adjust the back up camera with a screwdriver. The camera was pointed up in the air. They couldn't even adjust it to a proper angle before giving me the car back.

Ok not sure if the persons name who helped me at the store, I believe it was Tim, he is a manager. Tim went above and beyond by helping me and answering all the questions I had. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient.
