And I’m unable to return it because it’s past 30 days. I don’t recommend! Waste of money.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I REALLY wanted to like this laptop, but apps are always crashing and it doesn't support a majority of programs, I looked up every possible reason for these issues and no matter what I do, nothing fixes it, I'm not the only person with these issues either. Also, if you own or want to use a Cricut, the design space crashes constantly and the program isn't supported on this laptop, they do have a version for Chromebook, but you only get half of the editing options. I'm now selling my Chromebook and losing around 800 bucks just to go buy an apple laptop. Save yourself the time and money, get something else.

I love the red color it came in. The setup was pretty easy no brain surgery and straight to the point. I used it for a whole day playing videos/movies and the 4K image quality is off the hook!! you gotta love the touch screen and it folds back into a tablet which is pretty awesome because now it makes it easier to take anywhere ( if you have kids). The chromebook comes with a stylus pen, and it works great too. The camera is OK nothing over the top, I was expecting something more sharp and clear image but it really isn't, but that is no biggie for me. I would still definetly recommend this chromebook to anyone. Its truly amazing!
