This machine is great, but a tad pricey. That said, it's a beautiful chromebook. The problem I have with most cromebooks is that they look so old and cheap. Not this one. The stylus is pretty cool as well. I wish it had more RAM, but you don't notice a performance issue unless you connect it to multiple displays. I think it's a decent tradeoff for how light it is, but what brought me to the machine was the ability to run android apps. Overall, a fun piece of tech. I look forward to the next version which will hopefully have more RAM and processing power, so I can use my 4k external monitor and multitask. Also, for a few hundred dollars more you can get a much faster windows laptop, so I'm thinking the price needs to come down or the specs need to come up. All that said, I really like using it. I use this instead of my windows machines because it boots fast and looks sharp.

I'm new to chrome books so this is a learning process for me. I love the design and sleekness of the laptop. The battery doesn't seem to last long, but I don't need to spend 5 consecutive hours on it either, so charging in between uses is fine with me.

This might be the best chrome book that I’ve ever seen! Pro’s - open box price : $450 - Stunning display - great power (more than needed for a chrome book) - wonderful keyboard - restricted to Chrome OS (I love this as a parent) Cons - battery life (5-6 hour average depending on use) - restricted to Chrome OS My 7th grader needed a computer for school, and this was at the Best Buy for more than 50% off of the original price. After reviewing the specs and seeing her use the laptop for the last four weeks (and admiring the beautiful screen from a distance), I’m sure that she has the only device she will need until she is ready for college in 5&1/2 years. I know that chrome books are not for everyone, but a quality chrome book is tough to beat for students.

This is an amazing Chromebook. The screen is so bright it can sear your eyes. it's also a beautiful color that looks and feels expensive and like a work of art. Unless you need the Chromebook to be portable for long extensions of time you won't worry too much about the battery life

It has everything that I need, especially the display! Its performance and processor is excellent but downfall is the battery especially if you're a heavy user. I typically get 5 1\2 to 6 hours....and of course the price.

I love the stylus and the touch screen. I purchased in case we go back to distance (online) teaching. I wanted something that can efficiently run Google everything and be quick enough to make MEET run smoothly. The stylus and touchscreen have made my job easier.

I really wanted to like this device but its stunning exterior conceals its inner flaws. This is because it is a perfect laptop on paper that has a durable build, 2-in-1 capability, built-in stylus, 4k display. I was willing to look past the fact that the battery only lasts 5 hours on the dimmest setting with one app open at a time and that Chrome OS is only fully compatible with about half of the Play Store apps (some apps are very zoomed in and others only work in portrait mode). However, I have exchanged this device twice (meaning I'm currently on my third one), and I have had to return it each time. The first time was for an open-box in "satisfactory" condition, but it was cosmetically in prestine condition and was only missing the stylus tips. But upon testing its speakers they were crackly, but I accepted its failure with some reality that maybe it wasn't tested properly. The second one was a new-in-box that the trackpad would only work up or down on. The third one the screen flickers nonstop and won't turn off after being turned on.

I love this chromebook. It works well with my Note10 plus and even my older note8. I love pulling the sd card outta my drone to chromebook and have a beautiful display to review my flight footage on. Great for 4K video!! Only thing samsung failed at was batt life!

This is a great, lightweight Chromebook that works like a dream. The screen is spectacular. The Fiesta Red color is gorgeous. And I love that it has a stylus. Only reason it's a 4 out of five and not a full five stars is the low battery life. But I am willing to accept it with all of the pluses it has.

It's beautiful and it works great. It's expensive but it's almost an art piece. So why did I send back after 3 days? Despite what anyone says, if the brightness is higher than 50% you get about 3 hours tops from the battery. That's frustrating because at 75% or 80% brightness, the display is simply beautiful. But if you're going to stay close to a plug watch tv. Also, the final kiss of death is the heat. It gets HOT and it's not noticeably related to the workload. But it gets very uncomfortable on your leg and might damage a delicate tabletop. I love Samsung chromebooks. Had I kept it, it would have been my third. Bought a Pixelbook Go...good compromise...forever on a charge, and 0 heat.

New to Samsung Chromebook and I Love it

I really like my new Chromebook in Red Fiesta. I work from home on personal administrative tasks as well as the machine functions as a back up machine for class when my kids tech is failing for some reason. I function really well and regularly on Google Chrome so I decided to get the Chromebook dedicated to the Google OS. The 13.3 screen has truly bright colors and looks sharp! I bought a wireless mouse and use it with an adapter that came with my Samsung phone, works like a charm. I'm still playing with a lot of the features, so this isn't a complete review. ( I can come back later and update this review once I feel more informed with the Chromebook). As others, I'm not totally sure about this backlit keyboard................. I've tried to enable it in every way imaginable and now I just think that how it currently looks is what backlit means :{ If someone can assist with this option, please let me know, this is why I gave it a 4 star review - otherwise, would have been 5.

The Chromebook is pretty great, the 4k is great, the pen works well, the battery life is acceptable for my personal use. I don't normally care about the external appearance of laptops but the red is awesome. compared to laptops the whole thing is very light. My only complaints have to do with the hinge for the screen. The screen moves a little too easily for my preference. I'm a little worried that in a few years it will not be able to hold itself up. Similarly when using the chromebook in tablet mode the screen does not stay pressed against the keyboard if holding it with the samsung logo the correct way up. Not a big deal because it's easier to use with the samsung logo part of the screen upside down in tablet mode anyway.

Nice chrome book but for the money it cost it’s not worth it. Battery life is terrible edges on the screen is buggy but the processor is very fast and the screen display is awesome but I thought the battery life would be better and for being a Samsung product I expected more.

BEST chromebook out there for performance and screen, bar NONE. Yes, the battery life is _only_ 5-6 hours, but what you get in exchange!! This has the BEST laptop screen I've EVER seen. Great build quality. Fast, with plenty of storage.

Our first chrome book. I've been a tablet gal for years now. But I always missed the keyboard. It's lightning fast and so handy to have both the keyboard and the touch capability. It does get hot when it running on the battery...concerned about that so took 1 star off.
