This bag is a great size and appears to be really durable. It looks good too. I am able to to comfortably carry everything I need for work in one bag. I can remove the laptop sleeve and use a purse casually if I don't feel like switching over. I did knock one star because one of the pen holders was stitched closed. Likely an easy fix and not worth sending back. Also, the cell phone pouch is too small for modern phones but holds my wifi Hotspot for work perfectly. There is plenty of space in either of the front pockets for my devices to allow easy access. Over all, I am really impressed and happy with my new bag.
