We have always enjoyed the people who have helped us with our purchases. We give them five stars always. My frustration has been in trying to get a Best Buy credit card. Within the calendar year, we have bought a computer, stove, freezer, and television. But, turned down for a credit card. It worried me when I applied, we have never been turned down for a card. Came home and checked our credit, thinking someone had messed with our credit. We have an 826 credit score. Don't understand the turn down. I've tried to call, and haven't been able to get a person. Other than our card situation, we clearly are happy with Best Buy.

I bought this 4 feet long charger cable for my kids when riding in my older car, where we don't have a charger plug in the back seat, therefore we need a long cord for them to use when using and charging their Apple devices on the go! I love the strong cord, which prevents the wires inside from cracking and therefore it will last us a long time. It is very bendable for an awkward place, therefore, it is very useful and practical!

This is the third Modal charging cable I've purchased for my devices. Yes...I used to be one of these people who would purchase the cheap $5 ones thinking I was saving money because they were only $5 and I could replace them when they broke. But after investing in my first Modal cable years ago and still using it daily without any problems... I'll never buy another cheaper cable again. Worth the money!

I bought this for my car hoping it will last longer than the other brand (plastic) that I bought last year that wore out near the end, where they always tend to wear out! The other one only lasted 1 year and since this one has a braided cord I’m hoping will last a couple or a few years!! I imagine the landfills full of frayed cords! (Not to mention disposable masks!)

So far this has been a very reliable charging cable. Most of the time my charging cables quit after a couple of months. This one has lasted almost a year now. I need to buy more as I like to have one in several rooms of my house.

I have now purchased many of these heavy duty charging cords in all the lengths. Because the cord is braided and very strong, the cables remain in perfect condition with use. Love these in our car because the longer ones reach to the back seat. I also use these with our computer system as well as charging items in our house. These are the best ones I've found!

I bought this stronger more flexible power cord to use in the car with Apple play or with my Mophie charger. I found the regular Apple cords would break at either end and were not made to withstand the continual use and wear and tear these stronger cords are.

This cable I purchased to go with my IPHONE in my new car. I like this cable because it doesn’t get tangled up, it hangs neatly. Another plus is the cloth material that covers the cable. It’s blue and Grey, you can find it easily unlike a black cable. Cable is flexible and stored away nicely.

I needed an extra charging cord for my I phone. I have bought this one before. I like the longer length. The one that comes with the phone isn’t nearly as long not as sturdy as this one. It is compact and easy to travel with. This is the only cord that I like to use. Price is also good.

love this brand. modal. braided phone charger for iphone. lightning to usb. comes in several colors and lengths. so members of same household can have different color. braiding lasts longer than the regular phone cord charger. never have had a problem. have bought more than 5. great as gifts.

I’ve never had a braided cable but this saves so much money in the long run. Most of my standard cables keep coming apart. I got this to put in my car and I think I’ll buy more of these so that I don’t have to go back to standard charging cables again. Plus, it looks cool!

I've bought these multiple times in the past few years to replace Apple charging cords that have died. These are robust cords that have a similar longevity when compared to Apple branded lightning cords and they're a lot cheaper than Apple's stuff.

Bought this for my son as we were going on a trip needed an extra charging cable. The first night in our hotel his phone fell off of the nightstand and landed funny on the cable. The connector to the phone snapped off. I had to go buy a new cable. I don’t blame the cable but it was interesting how it land and broke.

Hook up easily. Still working great a month after I got it. Help charge phone. It charge my phone much faster than the other one that I had. It took about 1 hour and 15 mins to charge with the other one. And it took about 30mins to charge with this one.

Got these cables in a 2-pack about a week ago. Some cables feel (and are) weak from the moment you take them from the packaging. These cost a bit more than you handy and cheap plastic-sheathed cables, but I can tell from the feel that they will last a long time.

Works well to connect my iPhone to USB Apple play on new Kenwood audio system for my car. I thought the Kenwood audio system had bluetooth for Apple Play, but was misguided by advertising. This cable was the right price.

Better than any original apple charging cable. I’ve used this for a long time and still works perfectly! I had 2 iPhones and used this same cable to charge both. The only downside is that I lost one of the cables to my wife, she loves it!

This is my second time purchasing the Modal Lightning Cords. I love them! I also like the fact that they come packaged two cords per package. Very durable! These were not replacement cords for the previous cords I purchased, but replacement cords for my apple cords.
