We have always enjoyed the people who have helped us with our purchases. We give them five stars always. My frustration has been in trying to get a Best Buy credit card. Within the calendar year, we have bought a computer, stove, freezer, and television. But, turned down for a credit card. It worried me when I applied, we have never been turned down for a card. Came home and checked our credit, thinking someone had messed with our credit. We have an 826 credit score. Don't understand the turn down. I've tried to call, and haven't been able to get a person. Other than our card situation, we clearly are happy with Best Buy.
