I have a wine cooler with over 100 bottles of all good wines. When I wanted only a glass, I was stuck before the Coravin system. Now I can pour any bottle I’d like to drink and put back in the cooler knowing that the wine will be perfect next time I pull it out for another pour. The only complaint is that the canisters are very expensive as well as the device.

It’s perfect for the wine connoisseur of the family, and allows them to offer up more than one type of wine because it takes away the worry of having to finish the entire bottle.
