    We had a existing drawer microwave installed under the counter. When I purchased our appliances to upgrade our 15 year old kitchen It was a must to keep everything the same brand. I mean you would put 3 tires on your car if one brand and the use a different brand for the fourth So BUYERS FYI let it be known Sharp manufactures all drawer.microwaves as so other companies can pus their brand logo on them. Unless you buy a sharp you are going to pay a significant mark up that is in my honest option outrageous for a microwave

    My first Monogram Drawer Microwave failed after only using it for 2 years. I Purchased a new unit because it fits into the island cabinet system in my kitchen. After it was delivered and installed the Monogram Drawer Microwave makes a scraping noise when in use. Best Buy has a new replacement unit, but it's on back order for two months while I use the defective Monogram Drawer Microwave. I do recommend taking out the extended warranty because of the high product cost.

    So glad I bought this. I wanted the microwave out of site in the new kitchen remodel but I was in no way willing to get rid of a microwave all together. Not quite as easy and fast as old school door microwaves in terms of open and close but it definitely is worth it to us. So far no problems. I would recommend this.

    We installed this microwave drawer and less than 2 weeks ago and only used it 5 or 6 times. It no longer heats anything. Very disappointed, but hoping to be able to update this review soon.
