I am very happy with this purchase. We bought several Monogram appliances for a major kitchen remodel. I had been researching 48 inch stoves for over a year and finally figured out I needed to choose the stove with the features I would actually use. The overall design is beautiful. The oven doors, dials and burner grids all feel substantial and high quality. Both ovens heat up quickly and have identical features. Multiple other models had bake and broil only in the smaller oven. The oven racks are very easy to take out and move to a different position. They roll out smoothly. I love that the oven has lights on the side that stay lit the entire time the oven is on. The infrared broiler works well and seared steaks perfectly. I like that all burners are able to simmer. The flame is consistent. I just boiled potatoes on high and they boiled consistently without the water starting to overflow the pan. We haven’t used the griddle yet, however I chose this model due to the ability to choose a specific temperature and the large grease cup. The timers are loud enough to hear in another room and easy to set. This stove is also well insulated. When using the oven the grids on the stovetop and griddle don’t get hot as with other models. I would definitely buy additional Monogram products and recommend these to friends.
