Really compact the graphics into the switch! Amazing job! I have played Monster Hunter World and it definitely is as good! I’m really loving the choice to skip cut scenes and the option to zip around and ride on a palamute! Worth the investment!

Great game stuck on a bad platform. Super fun if you’re a fan of the franchise and kinder to new comers than older installments on Nintendo consoles. Improves slightly on the foundation of world. Worth the money If you own a switch.

Excellent. If you have played MH before I think you will enjoy the quality of life improvements Capcom presents to us in RISE. If you're new ... the learning curve is still slightly steep but easier to digest than past iterations of this game.

I've only played tri and Generations before this, so as someone with less MonHun experience, I definitely appreciate this one the most, but can't speak on entire, franchise growth. I definitely prefer the speed and smoothness of Rise. I feel a better difference in the character's speed based on weapon types than before, and I like the range of weapons present here. The armor are all very charming, and there's a nice variety, even though some feel a bit lacking to me. (As a set, or design-wise.) The monsters are all a blast to hunt and figure out, and I wish the maps had a little more variety in their overall design as usual, but there's plenty of fun exploration to be had. Yet to do my first rampage, but it seems like an interesting addition. The NPCs are all very charming, and the Palamutes are best doggo. <3

Great game so far, Im having a blast. Loved MHW: Iceborne on PS4/5, no doubt I'll love this one as well. Already put in 5 hours, 1000+ hours to go haha. And naysayers were saying its not on a "real" console, it wont sell. 4M copies sold.

I love this series and have been playing since 3U and have played every game after that for hundreds of hours. This is without a doubt the best game so far. It’s taken the good points from World and GenU and left out the annoying things.

Yet another amazing entry in the MH franchise. It's a little more streamlined than I would like and the early gameplay is a little too easy but overall the gameplay, setting, monsters and new mechanics are enough to add replay value.

First time playing the monster hunter series and Wow! I will probably every future monster hunter game because how fun this is. It starts off a little Rocky for players new to the series, but once it "clicks" you can't put it down

Monster Hunter Rise is one of the best games on the platform as of now and easily offers 100+ hours of content, even more depending on how much of a completionist you are. A purchase you won't regret.

A solid Monster Hunter experience. The standard gameplay loop of get quest, eat food for buffs, hunt monster/explore area, craft new weapons and armor, with a little bit of extra but not mandatory stuff in between, is fairly easy to get the hang of. The controls in combat, traversal and menus are fluid and not too difficult to get used to. While the story is lacking, the gameplay, monster designs and graphics all add up to a fun, engaging game.

If you're looking at review here, odds are you already have an idea of what Monster Hunter is like. I've played through Monster Hunter World Icebourne and overall I think I like Rise more. Rise has less convoluted map design and much better mobility. The artstyle is more coherent and pleasing to the eye. The one downside is it feels comparatively light on content and the free updates have been lackluster compared to World.

Awesome game! Been a fan of the series since part 3 on 3ds and this is the fattest and most streamlined monster hunter yet. Highly recommended to be apart of your switch library.

If you loved Monster Hunter World? You will definitely love Monster Hunter Rise! It’s a more refined and streamlined version of the former game. Looks and runs fantastic on Switch as well!

Superb game! I love the mobility and how the game essentially builds upon the hunter arts that were introduced in Monster Hunter Generations. In addition, this game has so much charm and character it’s amazing. Highly recommend!

Excellent translation of monster hunter for the switch. About as fun as Monster Hunter World! They are some quirks with item selection and an occasional unresponsiveness with controls but not enough to detract from the fun.

Game is a ton of fun to play. Altough the currently solo content is short, there is stillnenough content to enjoy with friends as Capcom and the Monster Hunter team release free content updates, including new monsters.

This is an awesome game. Love being able to play it on the go.

Super fun game with many options of weapons and skills to use. You can play this game for a long time and not get bored! Plus the new expansion is out called Sunbreak! 10/10

This was a gift and it was received very well! The graphics are beautiful on the switch! The customization options of companions and characters are really in-depth. Beautiful addition to the series!

This game is great, I would always recommend it. If you have someone to play with it is even better. I always get hooked on these games and end up putting 100 hours in easily, well worth the money.
