Pros: High Quality. Picture perfect. Indicator works. 9ft did the job. In wall rated. Cons: No HDR logo on package to inform you that it supports it unless you get the 5ft. Pricey

I bought two of these cables to replace dual-link DVI cables on my computers. The image quality improved noticeably and I no longer get the occasional HDCP error message when playing back Blu-ray content (which was main reason for buying them). My only gripe is the price; this cable isn't cheap. Some say that Monster cables are over-priced, and that would be hard to argue against, nevertheless the quality is very high and the cable will last for a very long time (Monster covers the cable with a life time warranty even if you don't register it at their website). Definitely recommended.

Bought the cable as an upgrade for my existing one that was lacking. Also my friend recommended it after his brother in law bought one for him. Can I tell you the difference is amazing! From the color difference to the overall picture quality the difference is night and day! Plus my PS3 has never looked better!

My Monster Black Platinum Ultimate cable was easy to use, once I realized that the cable must be inserted in the right area. The end with TV in small letters, must be inserted into the TV :-D. Great cable, with the perfect length.

After getting a new entertainment center I discovered my cable were not long enough. While I looked at more expensive cables I found that the specs on these were in most cases the same and in some a little better. Throw in the incredible compatibility guarantee this was a win. The audio and video quality through these on the 4K TV and 4K Blu-ray player is great. You just can't go wrong with these.

We purchased a Sony 4K TV around Christmas and were needing new HDMI cables with the same great quality so we opted for monster cables and as always we were very pleased with their great quality and durability. If you looking for something that's going to last for many years and withstand being plugged and unplugged repeatedly with gaming systems as so forth then monster is the way to go.

The length of this cable did not diminish in any sense the quality of the picture. At first I thought that the shorter the better for better signal and TV viewing but I was wrong. Better safe and sorry so I went ahead and bought me an extra two feet just in case I would need them in the future.

No delays with audio from the tv. little pricy but worth it

This HDMI cable is well made, provides you with a crisp and clean picture/sound to your TV. I like the LED indicators in the cable to let you know what resolution you are seeing.

Pricey but worth the extra price. Have used cheaper cables before and have failed. Well pleased with performance.

I was one of those "on the fence" with the big expensive brand cables. I've read numerous reviews of people who swear they don't see no difference from the cheap $10 wires. Maybe so in 720p/1080p but in 4k I believe this wire not only shows a crisper/clearer picture, I don't notice anymore breakup/distortion of any 4k material I once would see from time to time. I love that this wire has a light signal to let you know if what your viewing is 4k/Hd/Sd. Definitely noticed a graphical upgrade on my Xbox One S. The image is razor sharp, had to tone my tv sharpness to almost completely off. Overall I'd say if you bought a 4k tv, a 4k player or Xbox One S. Why would you not spend $100 to mske it look the best it possibly could look? It's a no brainer. Also best buy has a great return policy. The reason I bought it in the first place is in store the employee said "Try it, if you don't notice big enough difference, bring it back" SOLD!!!

Some (many) will balk at the price, but you can't deny the quality and the warranty. This HDMI cable is heavy duty, high-speed and every nuance of color comes through. I hadn't realized the difference until I tried alternating with my old cables. And the lifetime warranty, including free upgrades when the technology evolves, can't be beat. If you can work with the price, it's well worth the "investment."
