    I purchased one of these to protect my home entertainment system. The POL option is a great addition to extend my network utilizing my electrical wiring. After reviewing other options, I don't think that the price is warranted considering other alternatives.

    I'm sure it is a great product but I had to return mine within days due to USB ports not working and the store was out of them. Best Buy was extremely accommodating.

    Had lightening strike a tree outside the house and TV, apple TV, cable box all fried! Fortunately we had insurance on all items and the TV was just purchased so it was returned for a new one!

    Product is probably fine but had insufficient wattage for my needs. I specifically asked the employee if it would work, he said yes, but it didn't. Annoyed.

    It's fireproof. It protects from surges. It has lots of outlets and 2 usb's to charge my phones. It even has an option to improve my Wifi by giving me a hardline. This is worth the investment.

    The Monster - Power Black Platinum 1200 12-Outlet Surge Protector is an outstanding product! the Clean Power Filter does work and I immediately noticed the difference in performance in all my electronics. My head unit that outputs all audio (Xbox One, Area 51 R-2 PC, Sony Turntable) with no noise feedback and clearer than it was with a lower end GE surge protector. My 4K Vizio looks slightly clearer and is great! I see the difference personally but maybe it's just because self-consciously approving my purchase as this is a very expensive surge protector. If you have expensive items that you want full performance out of and want to make sure they are protected; this is the buy for you!
