    A must have coverage which while it may or may not be needed - better safe than sorry. It definitely saves money and comfort of knowing items are protected.

    Experiencing unusual conflicts with my iPhone 11ProMax. Suspected possible spyware. Didn’t want to remove all my data and risk concealing a problem without finding that. The staff person looked at a list of apps installed and told me he saw no problem. So I didn’t explain other issues. I had already done two clean reinstalls under direction of other tech. people. Gave up. Resolved to just figure it out myself and if I cannot — then make other decisions. So I’m not happy. Pleasant service isn’t enough.

    This is of course helpful if one is clumsy. I dont think it does anything for lost phones; but for wet, cracked or broken apple equipment, this definitely cushions the blow from having to pay full pop for replacement.
