Great response time, able to manage any of our issues

A few weeks after purchasing an iPad we got a malware attack and when we called AppleCare to assist they were extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. It is well worth the price for that peace of mind if something goes wrong.

APPLE CARE CERTAINLY IS ONE OPTION YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE WITHOUT.. IT IS A GREAT TOOL PROVIDED THE CASE OF AN ISSUE WITH AN APPLE PRODUCT.

When I have AppleCare, I have peace of mind. No matter what happens my device is protected. Love it.

We purchase the annual Total Tech which includes Apple care without purchasing separately. We like this concept, have not had to use the total tech support yet but all Apple product we have purchased in the first year are covered under Apple care without paying for it for each product separately

I’m very grateful and thankful that Best Buy has Apple protection plan just as well as going to the Apple Store and it makes it more convenient not going there because of the busyness but Best Buy has the time and is much faster. Thank you so much Best Buy.

I've used AppleCare+ on plenty of occasions. If you buy Apple products annually, just get the Total Member from BB so your AppleCare+ is added for free.

Must have protection. Recently our apple laptop cracked screen. We paid the 99.00 and received a completely new laptop.

So far I have not had to use AppleCare+, but I do have peace of mind just in case I do need it. Having two kids and the fact that they do not take care of anything, is what had me sold to get AppleCare+.

Love the AppleCare and I feel safe and secure knowing I'm covered by AppleCare and the Best Buy guarantee. I also love the free subscriptions (Apple Music, Apple Fitness, news, etc.) that come with some AppleCare purchases.

I am a mother of a two years old child, my previous iPad Pro was with me for six years but one drop in the bathtub and it was game over, and of course fixing it was the price of the iPad itself so getting this protection was very important to me because these accidents are not avoidable when you have a toddler
