We purchase the annual Total Tech which includes Apple care without purchasing separately. We like this concept, have not had to use the total tech support yet but all Apple product we have purchased in the first year are covered under Apple care without paying for it for each product separately

A few weeks after purchasing an iPad we got a malware attack and when we called AppleCare to assist they were extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. It is well worth the price for that peace of mind if something goes wrong.

I love Apple Care+. We had a new iPad begin to unexpectedly overheat and not hold a full charge despite being less than a month old. AppleCare helped us immediately move to replace the unit.

I have monthly AppleCare+ on my electronics because you never know when an accident might happen.

Apple care has been a blessing since day one. Especially since all of my kids love apple products. They are also a bit clumsy at time. The discount dor repairs is amzing and the replacement proces are even better.

AppleCare+ is very important for your device because it's good to have AppleCare+ just in case, for example you spill any liquid on the device.

This is a superior protection plan. The screen on my iPad broke and all I had to do was go to the AppleCare section in my iPad and report it. No going to Best Buy or the Apple Store. No rushing to make an appointment or waiting and wondering what they would say. They immediately shipped me a replacement brand new iPad. Done. I returned the broken screened iPad with their prepaid shipping label and it was over. Wow,

My daughter dropped her iPad in the bath and Apple replaced it at no extra charge bc it had no cracks. Super fast and friendly service.

The protection plan is awesome because it gives you a peace of mind. On this particular item I recommend having it due to viruses.

Super care warranty for Apple products. I own multiple Apple products for business & personal. This care will save me money because my company uses IPADS & MACs up to 16 hrs. A day. I will reduce my purchase budget!

Apple Care plus is always good to have. I have found that Apple products usually work well without breaking down very often, but there is no guarantee, so I always purchase the AppleCare Plus for my peace of mind.

Love the AppleCare and I feel safe and secure knowing I'm covered by AppleCare and the Best Buy guarantee. I also love the free subscriptions (Apple Music, Apple Fitness, news, etc.) that come with some AppleCare purchases.

So far I have not had to use AppleCare+, but I do have peace of mind just in case I do need it. Having two kids and the fact that they do not take care of anything, is what had me sold to get AppleCare+.

I'm glad best buy provides a protection plan thats linked to apple as i can buy it anywhere without buying directly from them.

Apple care is a positive add to my apple collection. I really recommend this to others. Why not purchase a addictive to ur collection of apple products for protection.

But just because I recommend it doesn't mean it's all that useful. Apple products are expensive but that doesn't mean that everything is covered. Sometimes you have to fight to get it covered. Just heads up.

It provides peace of mind and confidence in my apple devices when it comes to extended warranty coverage, technical support and accidental damage.

Always great to have Apple care. I’ve used them for my Apple products & never had a problem with them either repairing or replacing an item.

I've used AppleCare+ on plenty of occasions. If you buy Apple products annually, just get the Total Member from BB so your AppleCare+ is added for free.
