I love Apple Care+. We had a new iPad begin to unexpectedly overheat and not hold a full charge despite being less than a month old. AppleCare helped us immediately move to replace the unit.

Have only had to use it a couple of times. Each time the situation was resolved:)

APPLE CARE CERTAINLY IS ONE OPTION YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE WITHOUT.. IT IS A GREAT TOOL PROVIDED THE CASE OF AN ISSUE WITH AN APPLE PRODUCT.

A few weeks after purchasing an iPad we got a malware attack and when we called AppleCare to assist they were extremely helpful and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently. It is well worth the price for that peace of mind if something goes wrong.

When I have AppleCare, I have peace of mind. No matter what happens my device is protected. Love it.

AppleCare+ is very important for your device because it's good to have AppleCare+ just in case, for example you spill any liquid on the device.

My daughter dropped her iPad in the bath and Apple replaced it at no extra charge bc it had no cracks. Super fast and friendly service.

Best Buys Total Tech Coverage is the BEST Insurance policy you can get! Great peace of mind!

We purchase the annual Total Tech which includes Apple care without purchasing separately. We like this concept, have not had to use the total tech support yet but all Apple product we have purchased in the first year are covered under Apple care without paying for it for each product separately

Had to use this to get the screen replaced on my son's laptop. This saved us a ton of money, and was easy to use. Dropped the laptop at Best Buy, had it back in a week with a brand new screen.

I have not used this yet, but between this and the total protection I am well covered and will save on replacement.

I'm glad best buy provides a protection plan thats linked to apple as i can buy it anywhere without buying directly from them.

Bought new version of ipad with the bigger screen and 256g storage and WOW! This is the best apple device I’ve bought to date! Absolutely love it and thanks to Best Buy member benifits, I recieved a great deal and great extended services!!

Always great to have Apple care. I’ve used them for my Apple products & never had a problem with them either repairing or replacing an item.

It provides peace of mind and confidence in my apple devices when it comes to extended warranty coverage, technical support and accidental damage.

Apple care is a positive add to my apple collection. I really recommend this to others. Why not purchase a addictive to ur collection of apple products for protection.

So far I have not had to use AppleCare+, but I do have peace of mind just in case I do need it. Having two kids and the fact that they do not take care of anything, is what had me sold to get AppleCare+.
