We’ve had it for less than a month and so far so good. I like the larger interior; the on and off choice for the turntable; three levels of light brightness; the selections are popcorn, potato, veggies, oatmeal, beverage dinner plate, cook, reheat, defrost, soft, melt and warm. Our last microwave was a Whirlpool also and I like this brand. I also like the soft chime vs loud buzz when food is ready. We compared multiple microwaves and this was the best choice for our budget. The fact that it was on sale didn’t hurt either.

I usually never buy the additional protection but this time I did and it’s been well worth it! The store personnel explained how it works and I was sold!

Best Buy protection is the only way to go. We have purchased every single one of our appliances in our home including our coffee maker. Protection covers everything and worth every penny. We have recommended our son who is building a house to start this when the purchases start for all his major appliances

I give the LG dishwasher an excellent rating! Although the installation was poor, the dishwasher is fantastic! From the extremely quiet operation to the three levels, silverware, dish, and pots and pans, the capacity is more than adequate. The choice of wash cycles is great plus there’s an option to download more wash cycles. Again overall I give the dishwasher an excellent rating.

I likw the product but the light went out very fast ( i dont leave it on) and my vent system was disregulated when we firat got it. So we had to take it back due to it not working. Im sad i just missed my window getting my kid back and forth to college because the light and the fan are doing the same thing again.

Saved me over $1000 in tech fees, warranty, installation and other issues. This no worry program is such a great plan as long as you keep it going everything is covered. My TV, printer, microwave, Nintendo switch, watch, surround sound. Fix everything!

I really like this one, spacious, easy to use plus it is fingerprint resistant. It looks really good in my kitchen with the match stove.

I love the bespoke microwave looks real sleek and classic, I like the the keypad. It's built into the door and not like the old microwaves with the keypad functions on the side. Thumbs up for Samsung.

Been an easy job anytime weve had to make a claim on the protection plan. We have the total tech yearly membership and have had to use it a couple times. Super easy process.

We had issues with our dishwasher not fitting and there was a scratch on the front of the microwave during the install, and with this protection plan we are getting a new dishwasher and a new microwave with no issues.

Had to wait a long time to get my appliances installed, but it was totally worth it!
