Good product , but.....

If you purchase this product and it is dead, ,et it charge for 10 minutes or so, press the button,and look for an LED to light up. If it lights up, it's good. The box says the product is fully charged when you purchase it. However, depending on several things, like storage temp and how long it sits on the shelf, the battery may be discharged by the time you buy it, drive 20 miles and head out on trip and your daughter makes you return it before you he a d out. In short, let it charge for a while before you return it. Charged her dead tablet twice before recharge......Sorry to the Amandas.
