phone purchased on july 12, 2015. yesterday phone updated with motorola update. phone is now stuck in boot loop. i live outside of the country, and am currently still in usa until 9.25.15. bestbuy will not help resolve the issue b/c i did not purchase the protection plan (but they also said that a software issue wouldnt have been covered anyways), and the store i went to had 3 of the same phones in stock. motorola will replace defective product but will not replace it before i leave the country (after 3 hours on the phone) bad customer service from both companies - i will be canceling my rewards membership and will not shop with bestbuy anymore.

Bought this Moto E (2nd gen) AWS (Unlocked) cellphone to be used in my upcoming Manila vacation. Installed Globe SIM card seem to work with this unit. Will update review later.

It has everything you need as a cell, just need a little more Rapides, but for the price you can not give more. and is a good brand.

I got this phone for my son as a replacement it's a ok phone wish it had more memory on it but it's ok for a young child

If you want a cheap phone, you can't beat this one. It worked pretty well but you get what you pay for.

I needed a unblocked phone and this one is perfect for this relation cost/benefit !

Need to root-flash it to be able to live with it .

Within 45 days my SD card crashed and best buy said sorry nothing we can do could nor purchase extended plan from them I would not purchase another phone from them unless an extended plan is avail

Purchased for a travel phone. It worked fine but don't bother. Not a great phone.

I´ve recieved this phone. This cell model is XT 1511, works fine in USA, Argentine and others countries. I write this coment telling people abaut the Motorola number because Bestbuy seller can´t tell us this specification during a long time, answering our questions whith wrong terms.
