Annoying software issues.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The phone is great, the software is great, I like the flip aspect except the front screen texting app has an annoying pop up message that will not ago away even after following the instructions online to remove it which is awful and defeats the purpose of why I bought the thing. The phone randomly resets to which requires me to type in my pass code instead of using the programed finger print. If those things were fixed, it would be five stars.

Disappointed

Now the middle of the screen looks weird and the phone does not go well with some of the apps. I will go to another phone brand.

Not user friendly
